Police say David Digiacomo (inset), 40, punched 34-year-old Clint Ali early Friday morning at Jack's Bar And Grill in Braselton, killing him. Surveillance footage (pictured left and right) shows a man identified as Digiacomo walking up to Ali and punching him on the side of his head. Ali was at a jukebox when he got punched, according to Braselton police. Digiacomo has been charged with murder. Investigators at the Georgia Bureau of Investigation crime lab found that the punch and the fall that ensued had killed Ali. A nurse who was inside the bar at the time and paramedics who responded to the scene gave Ali CPR. He died at the hospital.

The Park Life picture (left), taken by 18-year-old Kyle Moore, beat thousands of images to win the competition, and was described as 'simply stunning' by naturalist and television presenter Chris Packham. He said the image 'really stood out' for the whole judging panel. The photograph was taken in a park in Ilford, east London, and Kyle used a slow shutter speed to give transparency to the fox's tail. Mr Moore also took the image of the bear in heavy rain (below). The image of the damselfly (right) was taken by Magnus McLeod for the Under 12 category. Curtis Neill posted two videos on his Facebook account showing the man as he is hanging from the chairlift (left) at Mount Ashland Ski Area on December 10. The videos went viral, generating 27,000 shares. The snowboarder, who was not injured, told staff at the resort that he inadvertently clipped the safety leash onto the chair as he was trying to take the weight off the snowboard. Fortunately, the snowboarder was hanging near a tower, enabling one of the staff members to climb it and help the stranded visitor to safety (right).
