Despite Cheryl showing off what appeared to be a visible baby bump during an outing with Liam to a Christmas carol concert last month, the couple have so far kept mum about her pregnancy.

Cheryl - who was previously married to to Ashley Cole - first met Liam when the hunk auditioned for The X Factor in 2008 when he was just 14.

The pair first went public with their romance at the end of February when Liam posted snapshots of the pair lying down together on his Instagram account, a month after Cheryl filed for divorce from husband Jean Bernard Fernandez-Versini in January after just 18 months of marriage.

Their impending bundle of joy will be the second One Direction baby following Liam's bandmate Louis Tomlinson having son Freddie with Los Angeles-based stylist Briana Jungwirth in January.
