Keep cozy in a plaid flannel shirt by Aerie

This year was the year of the plus sized model. With curvy girls Ashley Graham, Tess Holiday and Iskra Lawrence making huge strides in fashion, we expect to see much more full figured women representing in 2017.

Iskra landed major campaigns like this one for Aerie. She oozed sex appeal in a lacy bralette and panties, but what we're seriously craving is her plaid shirt.

Made of soft flannel, this top is a cozy as it is cute. We adore the frayed hem and relaxed fit. It's the perfect piece to throw on over jeans and a t-shirt or tie it around your waist with a fitted dress.

The best part is that it's on sale for less than $20 so click right to nab it now!

It ends with her blowing a big kiss in front of the lens, before she pulls her head back and grins.

Iskra filmed the clip ahead of an emotional Facebook Live chat as part of her role as the face of American Eagle's Aerie lingerie line.

During the conversation she touched on body confidence with women of all different shapes and sizes, including actress Lea Michele, fellow model Charli Howard, and fashion blogger Leandra Medine.

During the #AerieReal Talk, Iskra told the group that the health and fitness industry once seemed so unattainable to her because it was so extreme, but 'now we are realizing health starts from the inside out'.

'If you would have told my 15-year-old self you'll be like four dress sizes bigger but you will be healthier than ever... because it's not a about size,' she stressed.

'It's about how you feel from the inside out. It's about how you treat yourself, how you speak to yourself.'

The curvy model said she actually has a girlfriend who calls her body 'she' and talks to it like it is a goddess.

If you are talking to yourself in a loving way you just become more fulfilled, more happy. Your light shines brighter

'We are all energy,' she noted. 'If you are talking to yourself in a loving way you just become more fulfilled, more happy. Your light shines brighter.'

Iskra kicked off the discussion by having each of the women say their name and share at least one thing they like about themselves.

While she said she loves that she has compassion for 'everyone and anyone', Lea, 30, admitted that she really loves the things that make her unique such as her nose.

'I didn't fix it and people told me I f*****g should,' she said, earning plenty of laughs from the group.

The women went on to discuss what makes them feel empowered, and Iskra said that for her, it is knowing that her worth isn't just based on her appearance.

'I have been learning that more and more that we are so more than just the physical, and I think it is really exciting time for females everywhere to just embrace that, like who we are,' she said.

Learning to take of yourself was an ongoing conversation topic, and Leandra, 27, candidly spoke about how she really mothered herself after her heartbreaking miscarriage, and Lea opened up about being single.

'Talk about about self-care, my house is basically an at-home spa,' she joked.

'If I make one more hand-made body scrub, I am going to start jarring them soon and have my own brand.

'But that is what I do to take care of me, which then makes me a better friend, and daughter, and an employee.'

Style star: Iskra said she believes that women can be their own role models

When talking about role models, Iskra admitted that she believes that women can be their own role models and she sees herself as one.

'If you think about being a role model for yourself, don't let it put any pressure on you but you can be,' she explained.

'I don't set too high a standard for myself because we don't need to. We are imperfect. We are meant to be human.'

Before the event, Iskra and Lea enjoyed one of fitness star Holly Rilinger's 'Lifted' workout classes at the Aerie pop-up in New York City's Soho neighborhood, and the two were all smiles as they stretched and meditated.

The curvy model also admitted that' staying confident is a daily thing that you have to work on'

It has been a busy week for Iskra, who also gave advice to kids on how to be more confident in a video created by Glamour.

'Staying confident is a daily thing that you have to work on,' she said. 'You need to find little tricks and tips that get you out of feeling shy and insecure — because your value is so much more than just what other people think of you or the way they look at you.'

Iskra stressed that everyone should know how strong and powerful they really are, noting that 'no one else could ever be you'.

'You are really cool. You are really, really special and just know that and just go out there and be like: "There is only one of me in the world and I am going own it. I am going to be confident because I can,"' she said.
