'She looks just like Rob!': Kim Kardashian makes appearance via cell phone during Rob & Chyna special as she gets first look at Dream.... but Khloe and Kourtney are hands on

Kim Kardashian has kept a very low profile ever since her shock October 3 robbery in Paris and husband Kanye West's subsequent mental breakdown.

But the 36-year-old Keeping Up With The Kardashians star did make a brief appearance on her brother's special Rob & Chyna: Dream Come True on Sunday.

'Oh my gosh, she's so cute! Oh my gosh she looks just like Rob, don't you think?' said the mother to North and Saint via cell phone. Khloe and Kourtney Karadashian as well as momager Kris Jenner are also there.

See? The 36-year-old wanted to see baby Dream up close

Chyna has just given birth to Dream and is still in her hospital gown.

And soon she's on the phone with Kim, who is also an executive producer on the show, which had its first season this fall and will enjoy a second season in 2017.

The model takes her phone and shows Kim the baby all swaddled and cozy as she sleeps in her little hospital bassinet. Kim is fully made up with heavy eyeliner and lipstick.

Dream is still in Cedars-Sinai Medical Center with doctors checking on her.

Khloe, who is almost unrecognizable with little makeup, looks bewildered by it all.

She has on a black hoodie and looks in need of a latte.

She holds the baby and talks to mom Kris Jenner, 61, who seems to be a big supporter of Chyna.

Kourtney is also seen there holding the child.

Kim has not been seen in public much since October, with only trips to frozen yogurt shops and outings to see Kanye on the list.

It is not known when she will make her red carpet debut.

Meanwhile, Rob and Chyna's relationship spectacularly crashed and burned on Saturday.

The star became hysterical as she began to fear for her daughter's life ahead of a planned C-Section.

She said: 'For some reason I am so scared and I cannot get this c-section off of my mind.

'I just want my baby to be healthy, have all her toes, be able to breath on her own.'

Rob struggles to console her, seeming at a loss for the rights words - simply saying to her: 'Look how pretty you look!'

The star became hysterical as she began to fear for her daughter's life ahead of a planned C-Section - but Rob only commented 'You look pretty'

Chyna is seen crying as she is wheeled through the hospital corridors. 

Rob, 29, is currently 'heartbroken' after Chyna left him over the weekend taking their one-month old daughter Dream with her.

The Baby Special filmed just four weeks ago showed the tumultuous couple in bliss as they celebrated the birth of their first child together. 

'Today has definitely been the best day of my life,' Rob said enthusiastically.

Chyna also seemed overjoyed.

'Never in a million years would I think that I'd have King [her 4-year-old son] and I would have Dream, and a man who actually loves me and is always supportive and there for me,' she gushed.

'Dream's trending on Twitter,' remarked Rob after the delivery.

His famous sisters Khloé and Kourtney Kardashian came to the hospital while Kim looked at the child over the phone.

'I've been super M.I.A. for years…so for them to make such an effort means the world to me,' said Rob.

Chyna's son King then arrived to cuddle his little sister.

'He's so sweet, he's so caring and loving,' said Chyna.

The show opened at Chyna's house, where Rob was saying he'd love for Chyna to 'be conscious' during the birth of their daughter.

They consulted a 'birth coach' for advice and reflected on their relationship.

'In the beginning of our relationship we went through a roller coaster,' said Chyna.

'But ever since we started communicating our problems to each other it's been very healthy,' said Rob, who also declared he was 'healthy and diabetes free'.

The on/off pair said they'd been mostly cohabitating at Chyna's house.

'Unless you snore, then your a** is out,' she joked.

Rob was pushing the idea to move to a new place together, which was causing tension.

'Chyna's definitely stubborn and she loves her house…but she's not happy at my house and I'm not happy at her house,' he said.

Chyna then went for a sonogram with her friend B.

'I can't wait to see her pretty face,' Chyna squealed.

She showed the photos of the baby to Kris Jenner, 61, over the phone.

'Kris is different, she's always willing to give me good personal advice. …Kris is like a second mother to me,' she said.

Chyna later celebrated with Rob, her mother, gal pals and best friend Treasure.

'It's a really good feeling,' she beamed.

Rob was a hit with the women as he cracked jokes about how he was planning to 'breast feed' his daughter.

Chyna worried that having Kris and her mother Tokyo Toni in the delivery room together could 'bring up a lot of drama'.

Toni had her when she was just aged 16, so Chyna was raised by her grandmother.

'She goes on these rants on social media,' complained Chyna of her mother.

Meanwhile Rob met with Scott Disick.

They discussed the fact Chyna had a C-section for her first child, King Cairo Stevenson, who she had with rapper Tyga.

'That's why she has a normal vagina, that's why you love it so much,' remarked Scott, 33.

Rob then took his male friends to shoot guns.

His pal Eddie advised that Rob should wait until after the baby was born to move to a new place with Chyna.

'It's been frustrating but I get it, not right now, she's about to pop,' he conceded.

Chyna then threw an opulent baby shower.

The Kardashians were not attending because they were all at a fashion show in Paris.

During the party Chyna couldn't find her temperamental mother.

'It's really bothering me, because I don't know what she's going to get into,' she moaned.

Chyna told her mother Toni that she 'goes off on people' and becomes irate too frequently.

'If you're not acting accordingly I'm going to handle you,' said Toni defiantly.

'Nobody is going to stop me from being in that delivery room,' she added.

'The negative energy, I just can't,' said Chyna, who hoped her mother would be on 'her best behaviour'.

'Miss Kris and my mom are totally opposite people, I'm not sure what's going to happen,' she fretted.

But Dr. Crane told her that only one grandmother could attend.

'I have to literally pick between my mom and Kris,' frowned Chyna.

But Toni diplomatically volunteered to give up her place in the delivery room.

As they completed the baby's nursery Rob said he was 'super excited' to bring her home.

The doctor told Chyna she needed a C-section.

Rob, who wants a 'big family' was disappointed.

'Of course, if the woman I love could avoid going under the knife I would want that,' he said sadly.

On the day of the C-section Rob comforted Chyna, who cried and said she was 'scared'.

'Look how pretty you look,' he told her.

Before the operation Chyna sobbed inconsolably, but she calmed down as she heard the baby's heartbeat.

'I'm thankful my mom's here, and I'm happy to be here for Chyna…I know we'll get through this,' said Rob.

'I love you…you got this,' he told her as the medicsstarted the surgery.

Dream was born at 7 lbs 5 ounces.

'When I see baby Dream for the first time I'm definitely happy to see this little cute baby, it's pretty wild,' said Rob who cut the umbilical cord.

Rob then reflected on his late attorney father Robert Kardashian, who was a member of OJ Simpson's defense team during Simpson's 1995 murder trial.

'Dream looks just like me, and looks just like my dad, I know my dad is looking down,' Rob decided.

E! earlier this month renewed Rob & Chyna for a second season of eight episodes that will air in 2017. 

Rob and Chyna took to social media on Saturday announcing their split as Chyna moved out of their house with Dream.
