Police say he fled the scene when he was confronted by the homeowner.

The New York Daily News reports that police couldn't say why he was allegedly at the home.

Saturday night's incident marks the second time within a month that Frank has been arrested.

He was caught driving while under the influence of drugs on November 24, the Daily News reported.

Frank was also arrested in April 2013 for dealing heroin to undercover officers three times.

After entering a guilty plea on a drug dealing charge, he received four years on probation.

Frank avoided jail time by completing in-patient and out-patient drug treatment programs, SI Live.com reported.

He was ordered held on $20,000 bail for the incident on Saturday night. It's unclear if he has an attorney who can comment on his behalf.

Frank's uncle, Martin Scorsese is the legendary director of Goodfellas, as well as Raging Bull, The Departed, The Wolf of Wall Street and Taxi Driver.

Saturday night's incident occurred at a West Brighton home within the above neighborhood. Frank's incident marks the second time within a month that he has been arrested. He was caught driving while under the influence of drugs on November 24
