Kate, William and Harry arrived in North Kensington yesterday for the party hosted by the youth support service, to celebrate the volunteers and counsellors who support people through tough times in their lives.
The Duchess looked full of Christmas cheer as she sported a £720 Christmassy-red and green patterned dress by a new choice of label, Vanessa Seward.
The trio joined a group 'breakout' session where counsellors and volunteers shared knowledge and got training on dealing with a range of issues.
Its focus was on supporting people who are suicidal and helping young people coping with homelessness.

Rock red like a Duchess in Kate's dress by Vanessa Seward
The Duchess of Cambridge attended a Christmas party to celebrate the work of volunteers today, and she really got into the spirit of things in this festive red dress.
We know how much Kate loves a long sleeve midi dress, but whilst she usually sticks to printed numbers from L.K. Bennett, today she debuted a style by Vanessa Seward, a brand new name in her closet.
Katie Holmes, Michelle Williams and Karlie Kloss are all fans of this designer, who has previously worked at Chanel, Tom Ford and A.P.C. Impressive credentials indeed! We love the flattering length, button-down neckline and pretty floral print on this dress, which Kate styled with a black belt and some classic court heels.
The really good news is that her exact dress is still available to buy and it's now reduced in the Net-a-Porter sale. If you've completed all of your Christmas shopping then you definitely deserve to treat yourself so click (right) to snap it up.
Or make like Kate in one of the midi dresses we've rounded up for you in the edit below. These alternatives by Diane von Furstenberg and The Kooples are top of our wish list.

Kate also to joined a live online chat about counselling with volunteers and young people from around the UK.
All three royals then had the chance to speak to volunteers and service users from The Mix to hear about their personal experience of online and telephone counselling support.
Kate further got into the Christmas spirit by joining volunteers who were icing gingerbread houses, and Harry certainly became more jovial as the morning progressed.
Both he and his brother William were seen in animated conversation with volunteers as they learned more about the charity's work.
