In their hit show Flip Or Flop, Tarek and Christina El Moussa sell on houses after giving them a cosmetic upgrade.

But after confirming their plans to divorce, the couple may well want to take a look at liquidising their own assets - including their two-year-old yacht.

The pair own a 2015 Sea Ray Sundancer 510 yacht, which is worth upwards of $1million.

Pictures on their Facebook page show the parents-of-two posing beside the vessel, named Flip Or Flop after their TV show.

According to TMZ the 50ft, 33 ton ship remains currently docked in Newport Beach, near the couple's California home.

Perhaps it would make a temporary base for one of the two - it sleeps up to eight - if they decide co-habiting is no longer an option.

Tarek, 35, is seen with a chocolate birthday cake in one shot, while another shows the pair posing out from with a glass of champagne, as they celebrate their seventh anniversary back in April.

They called the yacht their 'new ride'.

The couple are prolific users of social media, posting constant pictures of their happy family life.

But it emerged last week that they were splitting - and are both already in new romances.

The pair revealed they had silently decided to live separately in May after seven years of marriage before making the public announcement on Monday.

Christina, 33, is now dating the family's contractor, Gary Anderson, while Tarek had a brief romance with the couple's former 23-year-old nanny after the split.
