Shakira looks effortlessly chic as she jets into Miami with handsome beau Gerard Pique and their sons

Despite her hectic career she always spends plenty of quality time with her family.

So it came as no surprise to see Shakira was joined by her partner Gerard Pique and their adorable sons, Milan and Sasha as she jetted into Miami on Monday.  

Dressed down for the flight, the 39-year-old singer looked effortlessly chic in a lace-up printed top that flashed her decotellage whilst remaining demure.

She teamed the garment with a navy baseball cap that she wore atop her golden locks - which were left loose and tousled. 

Meanwhile, Gerard, 29, also opted for a low-key ensemble as he teamed a grey hoodie with bleached, distressed jeans. 

Seeming rather tired from the flight, Sasha, 23 months, was bundled up by Gerard, whilst Milan, three, was a little ball of energy, running alongside his parents.

Shakira met the FC Barcelona star in 2010 when he appeared in the music video for her World Cup single, Waka Waka (Time For Africa). 

Gerard recently revealed that he made the first move, as he revealed that their relationship began through merely asking about the weather.  

He told TV3: 'It all started when we were together in South Africa and I wrote to her.

He continued: 'She was already there because she sang in the opening ceremony and I asked her what the weather was like.

'It is the typical stupid question, and the normal answer is to tell me to bring a jacket.’

'But she started telling me what the weather was like in every single moment and it got to the point where I told her we would have to get to the World Cup final to see her again - she was singing at the final.'

Luckily, Spain made it through to the final - and ultimately won the 2010 World Cup - whilst Gerard won Shakira's heart.   

But while they are still blissfully happy, Shakira revealed they have no plans to tie the knot. 

Speaking to Fox News Latino, she said: 'We're very happy the way we are.'
