On Tuesday night's episode, Rinna was just like any typical mom as she embarrassed her 18-year-old daughter Delilah by recounting her birth story.

The reality star decided to tell the story during her daughter's audition with a modeling agency according to TooFab.

Delilah, clearly humiliated, watched in horror as her former soap star mother divulged intimate details about the day she was born during their New York trip where they ran into Kyle Richards and her daughter.

Body talk: The reality star divulged intimate details about the day Delilah was born

'I had a really hard birth with her,' the reality star began, 'It took 24 hours and it was really hard labor, and I'm pretty small hipped...I gave birth vaginally with body kids.'

The celeb is also mother to 15-year-old Amelia, who often joins her sisters in confessionals on the reality show.

Rinna went on to confess that her husband of nearly two decades, actor Harry Hamlin, thought that his first born daughter may have been deformed, because of the way she came out of Lisa's 'birthing canal.'

'He's going to the nurse, like, "Get a hat! Get a hat quick! She needs a hat because it was squished in the birth canal!"' Rinna recounted hilariously.

On the same episode, more talk of private parts was had as cast mate Erika Girardi admitted she wasn't wearing underwear during a pre-party for the DailyMail.com summer White Party.

She then accidentally flashed Lisa Vanderpump, to the British housewife's dismay.

Explaining her decision to go commando, she said in a confessional interview:

'Why would I break up a beautiful design with an underwear line, with a panty line? Really?'
