Blac Chyna was 'drunk and physically assaulted' Rob Kardashian during ugly fight that took place just before their brief split

Disturbing new details have leaked in the domestic discord between Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna.

The 28-year-old Washington D.C. native unleashed a torrent of physical violence on her 29-year-old fiance in an alcohol-fueled outburst that was so intense, Rob needed help from Kris Jenner's boyfriend Corey Gamble to escape his lover's attack.

Chyna 'was in a drunken rage' as she fought with Rob, and 'was punching him in his back and arms,' sources told E! News.

Temper temper: Blac Chyna, 28, unleashed physical violence on her baby daddy Rob Kardashian, 29, during a recent argument, E! reported. The new mom was snapped in October at an event put on by her pal Amber Rose, who herself is no stranger to Kardashian feuds

Back together: The parents-of-one are reportedly back together after a two day split. They were snapped in March in Atlanta

At that point, Gamble saw the mayhem 'and ripped Chyna off of Rob.'

Chyna, who owns the Encino, California salon Lashed, admitted her own history of committing abusive acts towards her partners - specifically Tyga, the 27-year-old rapper who's now involved with Rob's teenage sister Kylie.

The model, whose full name is Angela Renée White, said in a text message that leaked that Rob had been testing her patience to the point she was ready to raise a hand to him. She wrote, 'I don't wanna treat him like Tyga but I will. Imma slap the s--t outta him.'

Persona non grata? The Kardashian sisters have decided to distance themselves from Rob and Chyna's roller coaster relationship, sources told E!

The new information comes in the wake of a TMZ report that the mercurial couple - who welcomed their first child, daughter Dream, on November 10 - are back on speaking terms, but not living together.

It comes just days after 18 screengrabs of revealing text messages were posted to Chyna's Instagram page by someone who she said hacked into the account. Among the interactions in the series of texts, Chyna chatted with her friend Treasure, second-generation star Jaden Smith and her lawyer, Walter Mosley, characterizing her baby's father as 'fat' and 'lazy,' among other criticisms.

Rob subsequently answered back with a Snapchat clip, telling his followers he was 'not feeling so good' and had 'never been this heartbroken in [his] life' amid Chyna leaving the home they shared with their infant daughter and King Cairo, her four-year-old son with Tyga.

Tense times: Kourtney, Kim, and Khloe Kardashian sit to talk to their younger brother about finding out about his engagement to Chyna over social media on an episode of KUWTK

Drama: Rob and Chyna's messy split was publicly displayed on social media this past weekend, a day before the premiere of their Rob & Chyna baby special

'I really believed she was in love with me the way that I was with her and I am so hurt and never felt this before,' Rob told his followers. 'It's different when you have a kid with someone ... I was in love with this woman to the fullest and I was none of that to her.'

Chyna countered Rob's sad sack message in saying that she 'was verbally abused every other day' by Robert, who 'everyone has tried to help.

'I've gone beyond to help and so has his family!' she said, adding that she 'no longer [has] time to feed into Robert's shenanigans.'

Mea culpa: Rob apologized for the controversy, though his sisters believed the apology wasn't sincere, insiders told E!

While Rob's sisters visited him in the wake of the fight, according to E!, they've grown weary of the never-ending drama in their younger brother's relationship with the one-time video vixen and have even made clear she's not invited to the family Christmas bash in hopes of keeping the peace.

As with the nature of their relationship, things had taken another drastic turn by Monday, as Rob said in an Instagram post Monday that he 'embarrassed' himself and those close to him, telling Chyna he loved her and praising her as 'a great mother to our child.'

Chyna responded with a repost and an emoji of a heart, seemingly back on track with her baby's daddy.

Moving forward: The new dad, seen here in Las Vegas in May, will attempt to pick up the pieces  in his relationship with the salon owner

Insiders told E! that Rob's sisters Kourtney, Kim and Khloe didn't buy his apology to genuine, and will continue to distance themselves from Rob, Chyna and the occasional spectacle they create.

'They see how Chyna is using their family for fame and money and they aren't going to let it happen anymore,' an insider said. 'The family accepted her but since Chyna is now showing who she really is, they don't want anything to do with her.

'They have real-life problems going on and are trying to have a positive New Year and not this drama.'

An insider noted to the outlet that the most recent blow-up 'was kind of like a normal tiff for' the couple, who 'both love one another' and 'are both committed to making this work.

'As for whether they will last, who knows?' the insider said. 'But they're both going to try.'

Letting it out: Rob vented on his domestic problems via his Instagram account after the row

Showing off: The controversy didn't seem to bother Chyna one bit as she took to Instagram to share this video

Svelte: She showed off her impressive post-baby body

Keeping it tight: The floral tattoo on her torso was in plain sight
