She's set to reprise her famous role as Selene in the hotly-anticipated Underworld: Blood Wars movie.

And Kate Beckinsale looked typically incredible as she posed up a storm during a photocall for the film at the London West Hollywood in Los Angeles on Sunday.

The actress, 43, put on a stylish display as she showed off her slim waist in a form-fitting monochrome frock with a dramatic fishtail hem.

Featuring a figure-hugging bustier and mermaid-style midi skirt, the Love and Friendship star was a vision of beauty as she continued her promotional tour for the upcoming action flick.

Adding a pop of colour to the black and white ensemble, Kate stood tall in towering luminous orange stilettos, looking every inch the Hollywood A-lister.

The mother-of-one wore her long ombre locks in loosely tousled waves, which sprawled down her shoulders, while she kept her makeup simple with a nude lipstick and soft smokey eye.

Kate Beckinsale looked sensational at the Underworld: Blood Wars premiere in Los Angeles this week in an Ulyana Sergeenko couture dress from the Fall 2015 collection.

The pair posed with their arms lovingly wrapped around each other as they stood in front of a staircase, adding a suitably spooky vibe to the shoot.

Since 2003, Kate - a proud feminist - has starred as Selene in the dark movie series in which she plays a feisty vampire death dealer.

As the lead in the film franchise, the actress - mother to daughter Lily, 17, with Welsh actor ex Michael Sheen - feels very privileged for her role, and also believes she has helped in promoting more female protagonists.

'My daughter doesn't think it's at all unusual for a female lead action star to be number one at the box office,' she said in an interview with the Daily Telegraph.

'But we were at the very beginning of all that and I feel very privileged to be a part of moving the needle.' 

Underworld: Blood Wars, the fifth and most recent film in the action horror franchise, is set for an American release on January 7, 2017 and a British opening six days later. 

The stunning actress will also star in the Marc Webb directed movie The Only Living Boy in New York, which follows the life of a recent graduate whose life is turned upside down by his father's mistress.
