'It made me want to vomit!' Janice Dickinson disses Kim Kardashian's Vogue cover and says Kendall Jenner doesn't cut it as a supermodel

She has been featured on the cover of Vogue 37 times during her career, so Janice Dickinson knows a thing or two about what it takes to land the coveted spot.

Now 61 and aging gracefully, the supermodel, who was one of the biggest fashion names in the 70s and 80s, let rip on Kim Kardashian during an interview on AfterBuzzTV's The Tomorrow Show.

'Kim Kardashian made the cover of Vogue which made me want to vomit. It was crazy,' Janice said.

Not buying it: Janice Dickinson had a few choice words to say about Kim Kardashian and Kendall Jenner's modeling ambitions during an interview on The tomorrow Show this week

Nausea inducing: Kim and Kanye West were featured on the cover of U.S. Vogue in April 2014. Janice described it as making her 'want to vomit'

'We had to work on our own merit,' she went on. 'They’re not models! They’re reality TV stars!'

She explained: 'You know modeling is extremely hard work. You have to have perfect proportions. The Kardashians do not have couture proportion.'

The former America's Next Top Model judge also had a few choice words to say about Kim's younger half-sister Kendall Jenner.

'Apples and oranges': Kim was featured on the August 2015 cover of Vogue Espana, left. Right, Janice in one of her 37 Vogue covers from October 1978

Speaking her mind: Janice, now 61, was one of the top supermodels of the 1970s and 80s and dissed the Kardashians as reality TV stars who don't have 'couture proportion'

The 20-year-old has been dubbed a supermodel by fans and walked the runway at the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show in Paris last month.

'I don’t think she’s a supermodel, I don’t. ... Give me a break,' Janice said.

'You think that’s supermodel? That is not supermodel. She can’t beat me. She can’t. Apples and oranges.'

'Give me a break': Kendall Jenner, 20, has found work as a model since becoming famous via Keeping Up With The Kardashians but Janice says the reality star isn't supermodel material

Look slinky in a silky slip dress like Kendall Jenner

The Victoria's Secret angels had one seriously busy day yesterday. The girls spent the day being made up ready for the big show in Paris, the evening modelling lingerie and the early hours of this morning partying.

The best thing about a model's after party is of course the clothes. From Gigi in a glittering Atelier Versace dress, Bella in Julien Macdonald and Kendall in Camilla and Marc, the ladies brought their style A-game.

Kendall's look was a simple but effective one. The white silk dress skimmed her fabulous physique and we loved the draped, wrapped style, plus the cheeky leg split!

Camilla and Marc is an Australian brand that has also been worn by the likes of Lea Michelle, Suki Waterhouse and Alessandra Ambrosio, so it's certainly hot property. Camilla Freeman Topper and Marc Freeman's collections are always luxe and effortlessly elegant, just as Kendall demonstrated here.

You cannot shop her piece just yet, but click right to shop available products by the brand. Or get a slinky slip number for yourself in a similar number below.

Playing along: The 61-year-old donned a Star Trek costume for her appearance on the quirky Internet show on AfterBuzz TV on Monday

It's not the first time that career supermodels have lashed out at Kendall and her BFF Gigi Hadid.

Back in June, Stephanie Seymour told Vanity Fair she agreed with Rebecca Romijn's comments a couple of months earlier that Kendall and the new crop of wealthy celebrity offspring getting modeling gigs are not supermodels.

'They are completely different than we were,' Stephanie, 47, said.

'Bitches of the moment! That would be a good title for them,' she said laughing.

Rebecca had told Entertainment Tonight in April: 'I know a lot of people — legitimate fashion people — can’t stand it. Hate it that these, you know, social media stars are now the supermodels in fashion. They are not true supermodels.'

The 43-year-old stunner subsequently walked back her comments following a social media backlash and a response from Kendall accusing her of cyberbullying.

Bared her beauty: Kendall, 20, showed what she's got as she walked the runway at the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show in Paris on November 30
