On Friday it will be one year since she was released from prison.

And Teresa Giudice seems to be staying in good health, which she proved with an Instagram post on Thursday. The Real Housewives Of New Jersey star was in a yoga position while sitting on a bench.

Also on Thursday it was reported the reality diva is trying to make the best of the holidays without husband Joe, who is now serving his time in prison from fraud charges.

Posing in a lotus position, the Real Housewives of New Jersey star wore pink and gray color-blocked yoga pants with a gray tank top that read 'Not all yogis who wander are lost' - a slightly modified Lord of the Rings quote.

Wearing a feminine, patterned cap that partially hid her face, her lightened brunette tresses reached past her chest and were straight with a slight body wave.

The mother-of-four found a moment of zen as she posed under a Sanskrit wall decal that read 'zUra; (n) warrior for good.'

It seems the Housewife stays strong and centered for her girls with the help of some Vinyasa flow.

And Teresa - who is training to become a certified yoga instructor - has got to stay a warrior for her daughters this holiday season while her husband does hard time for charges of bankruptcy fraud.

The patriarch of the family is currently serving his ninth month out of his 41-month sentence, which began in March of this year.

This leaves Teresa alone with her four daughters Gia, 15, Gabriella, 12, Milania, 10, and Audriana, seven. 

Instead of spending the holiday alone, Giudice revealed she will be bringing her girls to family celebrations.

'We are going to spend Christmas Eve with Melissa [Gorga], my brother [Joe Gorga], and my parents,' the cookbook author divulged in an interview with Life & Style magazine.

And though Teresa will take her daughters to Joe's family for Christmas Day, she lamented that the day still will not be 'the same.'

'I want him here. The girls really want him home, too,' she said of her husband of 17 years. 

The reality starlet went on to say she tries not to dwell on the fact that she won't have her husband home until 2019 or on his possible deportation back to Italy.

'You can't be miserable and hide in a corner. You've just got to life life to the fullest,' the Italian beauty stated bravely.

Though the mother-of-four was herself incarcerated for 15 months, she went in shortly after Christmas of 2014 and was released in time for the holiday on December 23, 2015.

The New Jersey native received a bit of good news lately.

According to an E! News report, US Bankruptcy Court Judge in New Jersey approved a proposed settlement between the reality star and her creditors.

The reality TV star received a settlement from her former attorney, James Kridel, and will reportedly be able to keep 55 percent of that money while using the remaining 45 percent of the funds to pay off her creditors.

The settlement was based on a lawsuit alleging legal malpractice against the lawyer for advice he gave leading up to the couple's second filing for bankruptcy.
