'You were an arrogant little punk': Lisa Vanderpump slays James Kennedy after firing him in Vanderpump Rules sneak peek

Lisa Vanderpump puts James Kennedy firmly in his place, as they come to blows again over his attitude.

The 56-year-old reality television star is seen giving him a piece of her mind in a sneak peek of Monday's Vanderpump Rules, on Us Weekly

It comes after Jennifer Lawrence slammed the former SUR DJ, calling him an 'entitled, worthless little creep' on Monday's Watch What Happens Live.

Calling him out: Lisa Vanderpump puts James Kennedy firmly in his place, as they come to blows again over his attitude

'You were an arrogant little punk — and look at me,' Vanderpump tells Kennedy. 'Do I look like somebody that employs an arrogant little punk?'

The 24-year-old DJ was fired earlier in the season for drinking shots when he was supposed to be working, and then disrespectfully swearing at SUR owner Lisa and her husband when they confronted him.

She's seen in the clip of the Bravo series having a sit-down with the younger Brit, who was shocked at being fired.

He accused Lisa of hypocrisy for being tolerant of other staff members.

Kennedy is seen telling her, in reply: 'No, but you have done in the past with Jax [Taylor].'

The SUR and PUMP boss replies, 'I'm not saying Jax displays exemplary behavior, but in his workplace, he's never been disrespectful.'

Kennedy calls this a 'lie,' which empowers Vanderpump to stand her ground on his poor attitude.

No more chances: The 56-year-old reality television star is seen giving him a piece of her mind in a sneak peak of Monday's Vanderpump Rules, on Us Weekly

Frank exchange: 'You were an arrogant little punk — and look at me,' Vanderpump tells Kennedy, 'Do I look like somebody that employs an arrogant little punk?'

Chat: She's seen in the clip of the Bravo series having a sit-down with the younger Brit, who was shocked at being fired

'So you're calling me a liar?, she asks him. Adding: 'So you come in here, and you use the f-bomb, and you call me a liar, and you expect me to give you the time of day.

'I'm saying he's not disrespectful to me. You have been disrespectful to me. You can't stop yourself. My life is actually better without you in it. I'm being honest - it's less problematic,' she concludes.

The pair continue to spar when Vanderpump then suggests that Kennedy find a new career path, rather than continuing to work as a DJ.

Talks back: He accused Lisa of hypocrisy for being tolerant of other staff members

Not really the point: Kennedy is seen telling her, in reply: 'No, but you have [employed a punk] done in the past with Jax [Taylor]'

'Has she lost her mind? It's not like you can picture ME in a cubicle selling insurance,' he arrogantly tells the camera.

She tells the camera, 'There's a great moral to this story, and it's the oldest thing in the world: You don't know what you had until it's gone. Ain't that the truth? James is gone.'

The Real Housewives star snapped in November and gave him his marching orders, after he was given numerous warnings to get in line.

'I'm drawing a line in the sand and you're not working for me anymore,' Lisa told him sternly at the time.

'And you're not coming into SUR and you're not coming into PUMP,' she added.

James had been so confident he was untouchable he had bragged he was the 'MVP' [Most Valuable Player] at the bar and said before his meeting with Lisa that he had to merely 'say my apologies and get back to work.'

But he was clearly stunned at getting fired for life, telling Lisa it was 'crazy.'

'Your behaviour warrants it. I've given you more chances than I've given anybody else, ever,' she stressed.

She had also made it clear that she thinks the youngster needs to tackle his heavy drinking if he wants to straighten out his life.

'I think it's for your own good. You've gotta sober up,' she told James, who soon started crying.

Reality check! She tells the camera, 'There's a great moral to this story, and it's the oldest thing in the world: You don't know what you had until it's gone. Ain't that the truth? James is gone'

One of the final tipping points came when he started screaming in the bar at waitress GG - denying her claim that they 'hooked up' - as well as at barman Jax Taylor, who he had told: 'I'm a rock star and you're a bartender.'

'Anyone can push play on a laptop, you idiot,' Jax snapped back.

Events took a turn for the worse when Lisa came back later with husband Ken Todd and saw James taking a shot at the bar despite their strict no drinking policy for him at work.

Career change: 'Has she lost her mind? It's not like you can picture ME in a cubicle selling insurance,' he arrogantly tells the camera

'I told you not to come here when you're drunk. You're drunk now,' Ken told him outside clearly furious. 'The way you're speaking to Lisa? I've given you one warning, if you ruin my business…'

Despite initially saying that 'Ken scares the s*** out of me,' he still got belligerent with them, complaining: 'Oh my God, I can't deal with this f***ing bulls**t.'

'You little f***er! I'll knock you spark out,' Ken warned him angrily before driving off.

Even after getting fired, James still refused to take full responsibility for what happened.

'Jax is a w***er and GG is a f***ing whore, but on the other hand, I let them get the best of my emotions,' he said to camera.

On Monday, Jennifer Lawrence, who is a superfan of Vanderpump Rules, slammed Taylor when she was being interviewed by Bravo TV honcho Andy Cohen during the chat show's season 13 finale.

The 26-year-old Oscar winner, sipped a cocktail as she voiced her opinions saying: 'I have a serious reaction to entitled, worthless little creeps, especially ones who are disrespectful to Lisa Vanderpump.'

In a game of 'Plead The Fifth' she opted to evict James from the show entirely.

'I want him off the planet,' Jennifer announced, waving her hand dismissively.

Vanderpump Rules airs on Bravo Mondays at 9 p.m. ET.
