She's enjoyed another successful year, after having landed numerous high-profile modelling campaigns, shows and cover shoots.

And so it was only right for Jourdan Dunn to enjoy a well-earned break as she hit the beach in Barbados with her adorable son Riley, seven, over the festive period.

The supermodel, 26, showcased her lithe physique in a khaki bikini as she lapped up the Caribbean sun with her little man on Christmas Eve.

Injecting a touch of A-list glamour to her beach look, the British beauty accessorised with a delicate gold body-chain and chic mirrored sunglasses as she wandered along the shore.

Wearing her long raven locks poker straight, the catwalk queen went make-up free to showcase her naturally striking features in all their glory.

Riley - Jourdan's son with ex-boyfriend Jordan Cummings, who was sentenced to a drugs-related prison sentence shortly after his birth after - looked adorable as he paddled in the sea in a pair of cobalt blue swimming trunks.

Jourdan recently paid tribute to her little boy as he celebrated his seventh birthday earlier this month.

Jourdan was propelled to international fame when she was discovered by a model scout in a branch of budget high street store, Primark, in Hammersmith, west London, at the tender age of 15.

The statuesque beauty gave birth to son Riley when she was just 19, and was back on the catwalk just 10 weeks after welcoming her baby into the world.

Jourdan split from her former flame when Riley was just a baby, but went on to become one of the world's top-earning models.

The model recently praised her own mother for helping out with Riley while she jets across the globe to fulfill work commitments.

In an interview with the Daily Telegraph earlier this year, she said: 'Thank God for my mum, because she’s amazing.

'She said to me, "Once you have Riley, I’m going to be here for you, 100 per cent. So do what you have to do".'

Riley suffers from blood disorder sickle cell anaemia, and Jourdan has become a vocal campaigner to raise awareness about the disease.

She said: 'I’m happy I’m in a position to spread awareness. I’ve spoken to sufferers, and they say the pain is the worst you can think of. I wish I could have taken away my son’s pain and put it on myself.'

Jourdan is currently believed to be single, but has been linked to actor Idris Elba, 44, former boxer Younes Bendjima, 24, and footballer Daniel Sturridge, 27, over the past few years.
