He WAS there! Kanye West takes to Twitter to share photo from the Kardashian Christmas Eve party alongside Kim, North and Saint

There were reports that Kim Kardashian banned her husband from attending the family Christmas party this year.

But Kanye West, 39, proved to the world that he was very much present at the festive shindig on Saturday by sharing a family photo from the night.

'Happy holidays' the Fade hitmaker wrote alongside the snap of him, Kim and the couple's children North, three and Saint, one.

Kim Kardashian is slowly getting back to the public eye after a very hard year. From her robbery in Paris to the more recent issues her husband has been dealing with medically, we know it may be hard for her to get back to her usual antics. Luckily she allowed herself to take part in her mothers extravagant annual Christmas party.

Rocking a ruffled gold Rodarte dress made just for her, she was styling the look with a bold ruby cross on a choker and a quirky lip piercing as well. Letting her raven tresses lay straight with a middle part.

However, there are no smiles in the photo, with Kanye looking serious in a dark outfit and sporting bleached blond hair.

Kim, 36, flashes her cleavage in a gold flounce dress and black choker with cross detail. 

Earlier in the evening Kanye had gone to the movie theatre with a friend and what appeared to be a member of security.

It lead many to believe he didn't go to Kris Jenner's annual spectacular. 

But Kim's spokesperson dispelled the rumor and also denied claims that the couple's two-year marriage is on the rocks.

'Kanye was at the party,' said the source.

Kim was spotted on social media on Saturday letting her hair down at the lavish event alongside sisters Khloe, Kourtney, Kylie and Kendall.

A source told People on Wednesday the Bound 2 hit-maker and the queen of reality TV are 'both receiving individual therapy' amid a four-month stretch that saw Kim, get robbed at gunpoint in Paris in October and Kanye embroiled in a number of incidents that led to his November hospitalization at UCLA Medical Center in Los Angeles.

The hip-hop producer appears to be taking it easy at the moment as he recovers from was reported to be a mental breakdown.
