With Christmas behind her she's ready to shift some of those extra calories with a bit of exercise - and try out one of her gifts.

A smiling Catherine Zeta-Jones shared a snap of herself standing next to a golf bag as she waited to tee off on Tuesday morning.

Catherine's morning out comes after the normally private celebrity shared Christmas photos of herself with her husband of 16 years, Michael Douglas, 72, as well as their two children Dylan, 16, and Carys, 13.
