The disgraced football quarterback started out his evening in Grapevine, Texas before heading to Dallas and Irvine, then jetting off to Miami.

He also documented the entire trip on his Snapchat, saying at one point: 'Relaxing trip man. Hit the beach. Merry Christmas.'

Manziel is staying at the Versace Mansion this week, and included some video of the mystery woman who joined him on the trip.

She was not with him as he flew to Miami alongside pal Victor Attah.

After landing in Miami the two men were picked up in a Rolls Royce Ghost, a car that costs at least $300,000.

It was also the car Manziel and Attah were in while driving in Texas before they got to the airport.

The two arrived at the versace mansion around 2am and at 3:21am Manziel posted an image of the Miami skyline with a peace sign.

He was back at it however a little more than three hours later, posting photos of the pool and his lady friend.

Latyer in the day, he filmed himself sitting poolside and enjoying a lunch of steak and salad.

Manziel was drinking a water with the meal.

The former football star is facing new legal issues after being accused of attacking bar-back Eric Newton at the New York New York bar in Austin.

The petition claims that Newton suffered a broken nose after Manziel punched him in the face shortly after 2am on September 6, then fled the scene before police arrived at the bar.

No criminal charges were ever filed against Manziel following the alleged fight, and it is unclear if Newton ever filed a formal police report in the wake of the incident.

Manziel, 24, is claiming that the allegations being made by Newton in his lawsuit are not true.

Newton claims in court papers that he first encountered Manziel at around 2am on September 6 while he had been attending a private party at the bar.

Manziel approached Newton at one point and 'demanded' that he 'prepare several drink orders' according to the filing.

Newton informed Manziel he could not do this as he was a bar-back and not an actual bartender, telling him that if he wanted drinks he should go to the downstairs bar at the establishment.

Newton admits in the lawsuit that soon after he was asked by a customer to give his opinion, which he did, not aware that one of Manziel's friends could overhear his conversation.

'About a minute or so later Mr. Manziel came downstairs, ran behind the bar, cursed at Mr. Newton, and punched him in the face, breaking Mr. Newton's nose,' claim the court papers, which were filed by Newton's attorney Adam S. Ward.

'Mr. Newton then grabbed Mr. Manziel to stop the attack and both fell to the floor.'

That is when Manziel fled the scene according to the lawsuit, which is asking for a minimum of $200,000 in damages associated with Newton's physical pain, mental anguish, medical expenses and lost wages that were caused by the alleged attack.

Newton's lawyer did not respond to a request for comment about the case.

It also remains unclear at what time Manziel arrived at the bar the night of the alleged fight, with social media photos posted by multiple college students in the early hours of September 5 showing Manziel out at The Backyard in College Station.

That bar is two hours away from New York New York in Austin, meaning that Manziel would have had to make the lengthy trip out to Austin that same day after a long night of partying.

The former Heismann Trophy winner, who was let go halfway through his four-year contract with the Cleveland Browns earlier this year, is back in Texas after making the decision to re-enroll in college.

He also made the decision to re-enroll at the same school, returning to his alma mater of Texas A&M.
