Miley Cyrus is one spry gal in her latest Instagram post.

On Tuesday, the pop star added a new image to her social media page that shows her doing one of the most difficult yoga moves that a person can master.

In the cross legged pose, the 24-year-old lifts herself off the ground using her hands while remaining in a seated position.

The singer sports a pink top with black leggings as she shows off her physical strength. She added on some necklaces and kept her hair tied back and out of her face.

In the caption, she mentioned that practicing is extremely beneficial as well as how pleased she is with her yoga process thus far.

'I will NEVER not practice for 10 days EVER again!' Miley wrote. 'Today I got my A-Stanga kicked! HEY but not to shabby for a girl full of Dumplins & Macaroni!!!!!!!!'

The two also spent time with Liam's mother Leonie.

In a previous report from Entertainment Tonight, it was mentioned that Liam has made visits to see his fiancee on set of The Voice.

And while the Wrecking Ball singer loves to communicate with her fans, she doesn't really talk about her beau.

'[She] never speaks openly about Liam,' a source told the site. '[She] keeps everything pretty under wraps between the two of them.'
