Tragic Billie Lourd is being comforted by her rumored boyfriend Taylor Lautner after losing her mother and grandmother within a few hours of each other.

The 24-year-old, who is an aspiring actress herself, was mourning the death of her mother Carrie Fisher, 60, when she was spotted with Twilight star Lautner in Santa Monica, California around 12.45pm as she moved suitcases from her home. 

Fifteen minutes later, her grandmother Debbie Reynolds, 84, was taken ill and later died in hospital.   

Lautner shared his support for his rumored girlfriend amid a public outpouring of grief following her mother's death on Tuesday, calling Lourd one of the strongest and most fearless individuals he has ever met.

Lourd's appearance came minutes before as her grandmother Debbie Reynolds suffered a reported stroke at her uncle's house. Reynolds passed away hours later on Wednesday

The 24-year-old actress confirmed her mother's death in a statement just on Tuesday afternoon 

She went barefaced on Wednesday as she emerged from her home followed closely by Lautner. 

Yesterday, he posted a picture of him and Lourd on Instagram, and wrote: 'This girl is one of the strongest, most fearless individuals I've ever met.

'Absolutely beautiful inside and out. I'm lucky to know you,' he wrote alongside a photograph of them on Instagram. 

It was not the first featuring the duo to have appeared across his social media platforms in recent weeks. 

Their close relationship has fueled inevitable romance rumors though neither of the young stars has confirmed them. 

Lourd plays Channel Three in Scream Queens. 

Lourd is Fisher's only child. She rushed to be with her mother immediately after her heart attack on Christmas Eve. She and Lautner have been rumored to have been dating for weeks

Legendary actress Reynolds died in a hospital hours after suffering a reported stroke minutes after her granddaughter was spotted for the first time since Carrie Fisher's death on Tuesday.

The 84-year-old Reynolds was taken to a hospital in Los Angeles on Wednesday from her son Todd Fisher's Beverly Hills' house after suffering an apparent stroke.

It was said that the Oscar-nominated actress was planning the funeral for her daughter alongside her son when she suddenly took ill. 

An ambulance was seen leaving the property shortly after 1pm.

Hours later, Todd confirmed his mother had died, telling TMZ: 'She's with Carrie'.

The 60-year-old Star Wars actress died in a Los Angeles hospital on Tuesday four days after suffering a heart attack on board a transatlantic flight. 

The 24-year-old confirmed her mother's tragic death in a statement on Tuesday.  

Fisher was in the middle of a book tour to promote her memoirs, The Princess Diarist. 

She went into cardiac arrest 15 minutes for the flight's scheduled landing and received CPR from a paramedic on board. 

The actress was rushed to the hospital, but never regained consciousnesses. Lourd was photographed outside the hospital immediately after her mother was admitted. 

Lourd is Fisher's only child. She is seen right with her mother earlier this year and left with her mother and grandmother in 2011 

Lourd's outing with Lautner came amid her uncle's comments that she would receive 'whatever she wants' from her late mother's estate.

Speaking before his mother's suspected stroke, Todd Fisher told New York Daily News: 'As far as mom and I are concerned, she gets whatever she wants. 

'There is a trust set up. But we're all pretty well off. This was her mother.' 

He added he was 'very proud' of his niece who by his own admission was 'very successful' in her own right.  

It's not clear where Lourd and Lautner were intending to travel when they left the house with small suitcases. 

Fifteen minutes later, emergency services rushed to Lourd's uncle Todd Fisher's home. 

He had been planning his sister's funeral with their mother Debbie Reynolds when the 84-year-old starlet suffered a stroke, TMZ reports. 

Reynolds, who was estranged from her daughter for 10 years in the 70s and 80s, was hospitalized, but it was announced later in the day she had died.
