She's making the most of a rare break in her hectic schedule by enjoying a tropical festive break with her young family. 

And Doutzen Kroes displayed the cheeky side to her personality as she showcased her enviably pert posterior in a racy 'belfie' while soaking up the sun on Tuesday.

The Dutch supermodel, 31, looked incredible as she flaunted her toned and tanned figure in a skimpy black bikini, snapping her social media selfie from over her shoulder to ensure she caught a good angle.

Displaying her naturally striking features by going make-up free, the catwak queen wore her blonde locks scraped back from her face as she relaxed on her sun lounger. 

The mother-of-two shared another sweet snap of her husband, Sunnery James, 37, as he blew a kiss at daughter Myllena Mae, two, while relaxing by the pool.

Alongside the heartwarming shot, Doutzen wrote: 'This is everything! It melts my heart to see these two together like this! So grateful @sunneryjames.'

Dutch DJ Sunnery posted another Instagram photo of him in the sea with son Phyllon Joy, five, before posting a selfie as bikini-clad Doutzen waved in the background.

Doutzen has previously admitted that she feels 'guilty' for making women insecure about their looks due to the use of airbrushing in the fashion industry.

She told the New York Post: 'Sometimes it makes me feel guilty now that I am in this profession that makes certain girls insecure. I always say, I don't look like the picture.'

The genetically-blessed beauty also joked that some of her campaign images have been so digitally altered, she doesn't even recognise the real her when she looks in the mirror.

She added: 'If you put me in bad light with no hair and make-up, it's not good... I wake up sometimes like, this is not what I see when I look at the magazine, who is this visitor in the bathroom?'

The stauesque blonde has been vocal about her desire to promote a healthy body image in the past, and doesn't believe in losing weight to fit into unrealistically small sample sizes.

She recently said: 'I'm not a sample size at all. If they think I'm too fat, I'd rather not do the job - because I am super-healthy and fit and I'm so happy the way I am.'

Doutzen started dating Dutch DJ Sunnery James back in 2009, with the couple tying the knot in their native Netherlands in November 2010. 

The supermodel ended her contract with Victoria's Secret in late 2014 due to a conflicting work schedule.

There were mixed reports about the reasons for the Dutch beauty's exit, with Page Six claiming the pay 'isn’t what it used to be'.

An insider told the website at the time: 'Older contracts like Alessandra Ambrosio were in the millions, now they’re like $100,000.'

However, Chief Marketing Officer Ed Razek slammed the speculation on his Instagram page in a heartfelt post.

He shared: 'After I posted the news about @karliekloss leaving VS I got a number of texts asking me why I hadn't said anything about @doutzen leaving at the end of last year. Fair question.

'The simple answer is I should have. Doutzen had a lucrative opportunity in Europe and it would have conflicted with her VS obligations.

'So, at her agency’s request, we released her from contract. There was no conflict. No animosity. None of the nonsense I've read on Instagram. 

'She had a great business opportunity, and I wanted to be fair to someone I adore and respect. That's all. 

'I honestly believe Doutzen is one of the most stunningly beautiful people in the world. And I always will. I have told her that many times. Now you know.'
