Khloe Kardashian is 'freaking out' and has 'contacted her lawyers' following news of ex-husband Lamar Odom's new reality show

Their divorce was finalized earlier this month.

But Khloe Kardashian may see her ex-husband Lamar Odom in court once more, according to OK! Magazine's source.

The publication reported that Khloe has contacted her lawyers in order to stop Lamar, 37, from documenting his life post rehab for a new reality show.

OK!'s source said that the 32-year-old starlet 'is freaking out that he's going to spill some dirt on her and her family on camera.'

It was added: 'She's already contacted her lawyers to see if she can stop the show from going forward.'

Their divorce became official on December 17, according to court documents via People. 

The former lovebirds previously appeared on several seasons of Keeping Up With The Kardashians together.

Lamar was recently seen on the last season of the show; in a July 2016 episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians, he encouraged Khloe to reach out to her brother Rob Kardashian.

The twosome also starred in their own reality show - Khloe & Lamar - for two seasons on E! 

A few weeks ago, People magazine reported that Lamar has a deal for a reality show to air sometime in 2017 about his 'recovery.'

The website also confirmed that the former basketball star is in rehab seeking treatment; their source said the while he's 'clean,' he's there as 'a precautionary measure.'

OK! magazine's source added that 'the last thing she needs is for all of her past drama with Lamar to be dredged up again on TV. She's finally moved on with her life.'

Khloe originally filed for divorce in December of 2013 but withdrew it following Lamar's hospitalization in October 2015; he was discovered unconscious in a brothel in Nevada. 

They married in September 2009, just one month after they met.

Since splitting with Lamar in 2013, she has dated rapper French Montana and NBA star James Harden; she is currently in a relationship with Tristan Thompson, a professional basketball player on the Cleveland Cavaliers.

Meanwhile, the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star is putting the finishing touches on her new show Revenge Body With Khloe Kardashian.

She shared an Instagram picture while in the midst of doing a voiceovers; she wrote: 'In the studio recording my voiceovers for @revengebody!! I'm so excited for this!!!' 

Her show Revenge Body With Khloe Kardashian is set to air on E! on January 12.
