It's that time of year when celebrities jet out of town to spend time with their loved ones.

And Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom picked a particularly chilly location for a romantic Christmas getaway, as they were spotted in the picturesque mountain resort of Jackson Hole, Wyoming.

As the snow fell, the 32-year-old Dark Horse songstress braved the plummeting temperatures in a grey hoodie and fur-lined winter coat as she enjoyed a spot of shopping with her beau.

Who needs tropical climes: Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom picked a particularly chilly location for their romantic Christmas getaway this week, heading to the mountains in Jackson Hole, Wyoming

Keeping Katy's head warm was a simple black baseball cap and she donned silver hoop earrings.

Orlando, 39, meanwhile was hard to miss as he showed his goofy side in a pair of silly Santa Claus glasses.

The Pirates of the Caribbean star was unmistakable with his bleached blond locks and kept bundled up from the cold in several layers including a thick padded jacket.

The duo reportedly rented a luxury villa, together with some of Katy’s family, for their Christmas break and were on their way to the airport on Wednesday.

The I Kissed A Girl songbird was keeping the cold at bay with a casual grey hoodie under a seriously chic and cozy fur lined parka from Army Yves Salomon.
