Yeezy's boost: Kanye West 'hitting the gym six times a week to facilitate mental recovery'... as he gets marriage back on track with Kim Kardashian

Kanye West is said to be benefitting from working out 'five or six times a week' during his recovery from a reported mental breakdown.

Following the confirmation that his marriage to Kim Kardashian was safe, it's been alleged that the rapper is using fitness to help him sleep and clarify his thoughts.

The 39-year-old father-of-two was spotted exiting the gym on Tuesday with Don Brooks, the celebrity trainer TMZ credits with motivating Yeezy's health boost.

After all, Kanye has more time on his hands now that he thought he would after cancelling the 21 remaining concerts on his Saint Pablo Tour in November.

The rap artist was taken to UCLA Medical Center for psychiatric evaluation on November 21, for his own safety, sources claimed.

Back on track: Following claims that Kim was frustrated with her husband's tantrums, Kanye is said to be throwing his aggression into training

Kanye was due to work up until New Year's Eve in Brooklyn, though as he recovers from what is being called a 'psychotic breakdown' the musician has reportedly been '"very present" with Kim and their two children Saint and North.'

Reports of a rift between Kim and Kanye emerged just before his hospitalisation, with DailyMail.com learning exclusively that the two have been bickering' nonstop and Kim was 'fed up.'

Kim was ‘furious’ by husband Kanye’s latest on stage meltdown and thought it was time for him to ‘grow up, stop having tantrums and be a man’, according to friends.

Now though, Kanye is said to be using his training sessions to help workout his frustrations.

Proof that Kim and Kanye were very much 'together' at Kris Jenner's annual Christmas party appeared to quash suspicion of a marriage split last weekend.

On Wednesday it was claimed that the couple were reiterating to friends that they remain 'a couple'.

Insiders at the Christmas Eve party, held by Kim's mum, say that while Kim admits it has been a tough 12 months, there is no talk of a divorce for the power duo.

Go for gold like Kim K in Rodarte

Kim Kardashian is slowly getting back to the public eye after a very hard year. From her robbery in Paris to the more recent issues her husband has been dealing with medically, we know it may be hard for her to get back to her usual antics. Luckily she allowed herself to take part in her mothers extravagant annual Christmas party.

Rocking a ruffled gold Rodarte dress made just for her, she was styling the look with a bold ruby cross on a choker and a quirky lip piercing as well. Letting her raven tresses lay straight with a middle part.

Sadly for us, we can't copy Kim by buying this look online but we did find an affordable edit of similar dresses just in time for New Years Eve!

'They are still a couple,' a source close to Kim told The New York Post's Page Six on Tuesday. 'There’s no discussion of a separation or a divorce.'

The source conceded: 'But they have absolutely had a tough year. They’ve been through a lot.'

On Tuesday night, a family photo of Kim and Kanye carrying their one and three-year-old children, Saint and North, helped to dismiss allegations that Kanye had been 'banned' from the holiday bash.

Making it work: Kim's spokesperson has previously denied the couple's marriage is in trouble

Kanye, 39, proved to the world that he was very much present at the festive shindig last Saturday by sharing a picture taken on the night to his Twitter page.

'Happy holidays,' the Fade hitmaker wrote alongside the snap of him standing beside a glamorous Kim and the couple's two cute children.

A formerly reclusive Kim - who was robbed at gunpoint during her stay in Paris for the Fashion Week in October - now appears back to her old self, flashing her cleavage in a gold flounce dress.

Meanwhile, her husband - who is recovering from a reported mental breakdown said to have been brought on by the anniversary of his mother's passing - now sports blond hair, yet no smile.

Perhaps explaining rumours of his absence at the annual family party, Kanye had gone to the movie theatre with a friend, earlier that evening.

Everything's fine: There were initial reports that Kim had banned Kanye from going to the festive bash following his mental breakdown in November and amid rumours that their marriage is falling apart

Family time: Kim - but no Kanye - was spotted on social media on Saturday letting her hair down at the lavish event alongside sisters Khloe, Kourtney, Kylie and Kendall

Kim's spokesperson was quick to dispel the misconception that Kanye was absent, simultaneously once again denying claims that the couple's two-year marriage was on the rocks.

Kim was spotted on social media on Saturday letting her hair down at the lavish event alongside sisters Khloe, Kourtney, Kylie and Kendall.

A source told People on Wednesday the Bound 2 hit-maker and the queen of reality TV are 'both receiving individual therapy' amid a four-month stretch that has seen turmoil in their individual personal lives.

Kanye was hospitalised at UCLA Medical Center in Los Angeles in November and now appears to be taking it easy during his recovery.

Not absent, just late: Earlier in the evening Kanye had gone to the movie theatre with a friend and what appeared to be a member of security - it lead many to believe he didn't go to the family gathering
