Hugh's always been hot! Aussie actor Jackman proves he hasn't changed a bit as he posts throwback snap from a school formal

Hugh Jackman hasn't changed much from his days as a fresh-faced teenager. 

Now 48, the X-Men star shared a throwback snap from his younger years on Instagram on Thursday. 

The actor is seen dressed to impress in a tuxedo and bow-tie as he poses beside a female friend, revealing in the caption that his father told him never to 'kiss and tell'.

He captioned the snap: 'Lesson #374 & #375 from my Dad: "Always be a gentleman" and "Never, ever kiss and tell."' 

The Hollywood star added the hashtag 'throwback thursday' to the photo, which was met with adoring comments from a portion of his 9.2 million followers. 

A number of them picked up on the girl beside him, who is looking up at him adoringly, with one commenting 'I would look at you like that too'. 

Another user said: 'Your date was sure happy to be with you, you can see it in her eyes.'

The snap could possibly have occurred at a formal during his days at all-boys Knox Grammar School in Wahroonga on Sydney's North Shore.

Hugh is a fan of sharing throwback snaps on social media, regularly posting previously unseen pictures of himself.
