Christmas has come and gone and now they're celebrating New Year somewhere warm and hot.

Maria Menounos and her fiancé Keven Undergaro have been enjoying the sun and surf on a romantic beach break in Mexico for the past few days.

On Thursday, the 38-year-old slipped her slender figure into a barely there string bikini as she and her beau strolled at the water's edge.

The strapless, blue-and-white striped two piece showed off the E! TV host's tanned and toned tummy.

And the beautiful brunette's shapely derriere was also on full display in the high-cut panties as she turned to take a selfie with Keven, who looked handsome in bright orange Under Armoir swimming shorts.

Maria was wearing the gorgeous round-cut brilliant diamond engagement ring from jeweller Jean Dousset that Keven surprised her with in March.

He popped the question in March after 19 years of dating, while she was on-air during Howard Stern‘s SiriusXM radio show

It seems like everyone who's anyone is on vacation this week and that includes Maria Menounos. The Greek beauty was joined by her fiance Keven Undergaro in Mexico as the twosome frolicked by the beach.

Maria donned a skimpy two-piece by Prey Swim. The strapless bustier top featured asymmetrical stripes and the matching bottoms included adjustable side ties.

'It was almost like I was on drugs,' she joked on SiriusXM’s Wake Up With Taylor about how she felt after the surprise proposal.

'I had no idea. I thought he was joking. Then this box came out and this ring. My jaw has been dropped since!'

The TV/film producer and director joked that he was glad he popped the question before his bride-to-be had a chance too – considering how long they’d been dating.

The celebrity has been undergoing IVF treatment for the past few months after her doctor broke the sad news that she would be unlikely to conceive naturally.
