Rob Kardashian reportedly wants to quit his reality TV show Rob & Chyna after he was rushed to hospital with diabetes complications.

The star - who was admitted to hospital earlier this week after suffering complications with his Type 2 diabetes - is apparently suffering from stress.

He wants to stop the cameras running so he can focus on getting better and spending time with his fiancee Blac Chyna and their daughter Dream.

Taking a break? Rob Kardashian reportedly wants to quit his reality show Rob & Chyna after being hospitalised with diabetes complications over Christmas

A source told HollywoodLife.com: 'He doesn't want to do the show anymore, he just wants to live his life with Chyna and Dream and not have to worry about doing a TV show.

'He is stressed and not out of the woods with all his issues and he would rather have them not broadcast to the world.'

Rob was rushed to hospital in Hidden Hills, California, earlier this week before being released the next day and friends believe stress was a major cause of his medical emergency.

A source told Us Weekly: 'He's been so stressed out, so [he's] not taking care of himself or eating right. Stress affects his diabetes.'

Another insider added that fighting with Blac Chyna was also to blame.

The source told People: 'Rob has made some changes to his lifestyle, but all the latest drama with [Blac] Chyna has made him depressed. And he has been on a terrible diet.'

'He hasn't been taking care of himself, and that's why he's now sick again.'

The pair briefly split before Christmas but later reconciled.

Rob was pictured leaving the West Hills Medical Center in California on Thursday morning.

Angry: The two were involved in a nasty Instagram feud earlier this month with him accusing the former stripper of using the Kardashian family. Pictured in Rob & Chyna promo

The TV star was wearing a black cap and shirt as he got into the back of a black Maybach with heavily tinted windows as he was driven away from the hospital.  Two security guards made sure he was driven away without any complications.

The 29-year-old Keeping Up With The Kardashians star had been in the emergency room for 12 hours getting treatment for complications stemming from his Type 2 Diabetes.

TMZ reported the former recluse has gained an 'alarmingly large amount of weight' after 'excessively eating' due to the stress he feels over his continuous arguments with fiancee Chyna.

The night before, Chyna, 28, and mom Kris Jenner, 61, had rushed to the hospital to see him.

People added that Rob 'didn't feel right' on Wednesday evening and recognised the symptoms as being diabetes related.

Rob and Chyna's daughter Dream, who was born in November, was not seen at the hospital.

Chyna, dressed in a black hoodie, and Kris, who wore a onesie and was with beau Corey Gamble, arrived separately. They both came to the hospital around 9:45 pm.

The next day his black Maybach was seen outside the hospital.

On alert: Kris Jenner, spotted on December 20, rushed to the ER on Wednesday night

Rob has been battling diabetes for the past year and last December was rushed to hospital for emergency treatment where he learned he had diabetes.

Shocked with the diagnosis, he vowed to get healthy as he was near 300 pounds.

When he started dating Chyna in the early months of 2016, he began to follow a diet crafted by her, shedding over 30 pounds.

The ex of Tyga often cooked healthy meals for the former recluse at her Calabasas home and got him to work with a personal trainer.

All good: They appear to have patched things up. On Christmas they were seen being affectionate

A new dad: The troubled TV personality is seen happy here with daughter Dream

When she became pregnant with their first child, however, he gained the weight back.

And he had troubles with taking care of his diabetes.

He told People earlier this year when he didn't take his insulin he was 'nonstop throwing up' and felt like he was 'going to die.'

His struggle with his weight and his health has been documented on the couple's reality show Rob & Chyna.

Rob often complained that he felt bad about himself because he was much fuller figured and he found it hard to get motivated to work out.

At one point, Chyna questioned him about his large food order from Subway which included several chocolate bars, but he laughed it off.

A big change: The reality star in 2011. He has said on Rob & Chyna he is embarrassed to go out in public due to his weight gain

Oddly on Thursday, the same day he left the hospital, he posted an Instagram message about losing weight in 2017.

TMZ recently reported that Rob and Chyna are not currently living together, having been embroiled in a nasty Instagram feud earlier this month with him accusing the former stripper of using the Kardashian family.

However, they appear to have patched things up and were seen being affectionate over Christmas.

Chyna and Rob were not at Kris' Christmas Eve party in Hidden Hills over the weekend where Kim, Kanye, Khloe, Kourtney, Kylie and Kendall appeared.
