Turkish police have released the first picture of the prime suspect in the Istanbul nightclub attack in which 39 people who were gunned down as they ushered in. The unnamed man (pictured centre) is described as being from East Turkestan, Afghanistan or Chechnya. Turkish intelligence reportedly believes that the suspect is a member of the East Turkestan branch of ISIS but still do not know his name or precise nationality. Mother-of-one Hatice Koc'un (pictured left) was among those murdered during the attacked. She was working at the Reina nightclub on the night of the attack, as Turkey requires a female guard to be present to search women guests. Turkish police have launched a major manhunt for the attacker (pictured in CCTV right), who Turkey's Prime Minister Binali Yildirim revealed left his weapon inside the venue and escaped by 'taking advantage of the chaos' that ensued. He added that reports that the attacker wore a Santa Claus hat were incorrect.

Police arrest people after man plunges to death in St Leonards-on-Sea

Benetulier Lesuffleur, 46, was bitten on the leg after tripping over next to the crocodile while taking the picture. Facebook announced on 19 February that it acquired the globally popular messaging system WhatsApp for 19 billion US dollar. Beloved pair of bald eagles welcome their first eaglet after the world watched with bated breath for days

An incredibly adorable bald eaglet has finally broken out of its shell in its Florida nest. Eagle parents, Harriet and M15, are Fort Myers' most beloved bald eagles and onlookers from across the globe watched eagerly as the pair welcomed their first hatchling Saturday morning. After it was born, the baby bird was heard singing as Harriet and M15 continued their wait for their second egg to hatch. Both eggs were expected to hatch between Christmas and News Year's Day. And since the second egg has yet to hatch, some are speculating that the sibling eaglets may be born in 2016 and 2017. At one point the mama bird left her nest, allowing viewers to get a good look at the newest addition to the bald eagle family. The little ball of fluff waited patiently for its mother to return and even chirped a little. Once Harriet came back to the nest, she carefully maneuvered her body so that the egg and her hatchling would fit comfortably under her belly.
