Some-ring to smile about? Giddy Adele sports THAT glittering 'wedding band' on day out with son Angelo in LA... amid ongoing speculation that she married beau Simon Konecki

She arose suspicion of secret nuptials when a wedding-style band appeared on her finger, just after Christmas.

But by Thursday, Adele was still wearing the ring, which seemed to indicate that she had tied the knot with her son Angelo's father, Simon Konecki.

The 10-time Grammy-winner, 28, seemed to have plenty to celebrate when she was snapped shopping for champagne bottle balloons at a Los Angeles Party City location, accompanied by her four-year-old son.

Adele has been rocking some fabulous looks of late and we're beginning to spot a trend.

The When We Were Young songstress wore an iris purple top with floral patterns, denim blue jeans and white sneakers as she ran errands, with a large black purse dangling from her arm.

The British songstress appeared to be sporting the same gold band that set the rumour mill in motion earlier this week when she shopped for groceries near the home she shares with Simon, a 42-year-old charity organizer.

Adele was clearly in a great mood because, with her son's hand in hers, she was beaming from ear to ear.

Perhaps with more things in mind to celebrate than the turning of 2017, she seemed to be planning a New Year's Eve party and tasked her bodyguard with carrying champagne balloons.

The status of Simon and Adele - who met through music star Ed Sheeran - has been the talk of social media and news outlets.

The appearance of a ring comes on the heels of a report last month that indicated the lovebirds were hoping to tie the knot in Los Angeles.

'The plan is to marry in LA,' an insider told the Mirror. 'It’s looking like it will be Christmas, but they want to keep details under wraps.'

The timing was set to coincide with the availability of Simon's nine-year-old daughter from his previous marriage. 

The outlet reported an insider as saying that the dates were on 'one of the school holidays.'

They’re a private couple and only want their nearest and dearest there,' the insider added of the pair, who in 2016 moved into into the same Beverly Hills neighbourhood as her fellow hitmakers Beyonce and Robbie Williams.

'Regardless of her status, the singer's career shows no signs of slowing down, as earlier this week she nabbed the title of Billboard's Top Artist of the Year - the third such time she's pulled off said feat - on the strength of her album 25. 

Fans of the singer have bought more than 9 million copies of the critically-acclaimed recording.
