Back to cause Big Bother? Divisive Spencer Pratt appears to confirm rumoured CBB return with wife Heidi as he documents boozy arrival in UK

In 2013, they caused stirs during their stint in the Celebrity Big Brother house.

And Spencer Pratt and his wife Heidi look as though they are back with a vengeance as they appeared to confirm their return to the Channel Five show after touching down in London over the weekend - ahead of Tuesday night's launch.

The 33-year-old former Hills star took to Snapchat to document his boozy flight to the UK before sharing more clips as he explored the capital with his wife, 30. 

Spencer and Heidi, frequently using the moniker Speidi, caused huge division among fans when they used their typically outrageous approach to help shock and stun audiences.  

The scheming couple, who married in 2009 after meeting on now-defunct MTV show The Hills, finished as runners-up to winner Rylan Clark-Neal in their first appearance - despite generating universal contempt from their fellow contestants.

While no confirmation has been made, the couple's arrival on UK soil appears to point to their appearance on the show.

As ever Spencer aimed to shock as he took to Snapchat to share many details of their arrival - including a bevvy of images of his boozy antics on the plane.

Heading to the bar of the aircraft, in which he appeared to be luxuriating in first class, he filmed a barman popping open a bottle of lavish Dom Pérignon champagne, which markets from £100 upwards.

The cheeky star jeered: 'Dom P's never looked so good! Happy new year... Sobriety is over!' - before continuing to guzzle throughout the clip.

After his flight he attended a number of London hotspots including an art gallery, where he gave a glimpse of Heidi who was filming through a glass partition.

Last month rumours reached fever pitch regarding their appearance on the show as it was reported they would once again be up to no good.  

A source told the Daily Star: 'Spencer and Heidi are very competitive and they got so close to winning last time that they’re hell bent on coming out on top this time around.

'They will be even sneakier and more manipulative than last time, and won’t hesitate to throw anyone under the bus.'
