She's the glamorous 23-year-old bikini model known for her rumoured fling with pop sensation Justin Bieber.

And Sahara Ray, 23, sent fans into meltdown this week after she unveiled her decidedly puffy visage and extremely plumped up lips on social media.

Taking to Instagram on Tuesday, Sahara uploaded a snap of herself posing seductively while sitting on the ground and looking down at the camera.

With her white-blonde hair falling freely in wind-swept curls and a glimpse of her bronzed cleavage on show, the social media enthusiast wrote in the caption: 'Tropical.'

'Andddd we're off lover! @bryanaholly,' she added, tagging her pal.

Fans weren't so impressed with her new look, however, with one commenting: 'You look like a bee stung yo face 100 times [sic].'
