Perhaps dating a personal trainer is paying off for Louise Thompson who showed off her flexible side during her holiday in the Maldives.

The Made In Chelsea star is shown dangling from a wooden swing clad in a plunging white swimsuit in a new Instagram shot.

The 26-year-old lithe star showed off her flexible figure and toned arms as she clung on to the post with her knees in the picture set against azure skies and stunning turquoise waters.

Last day: Louise Thompson posted a stunning Instagram shot of her showing off her climbing skills before leaving the Maldives on Tuesday

'Not going to lie, @ryan.libbey and I cried when we left the Maldives this afternoon!' she wrote alongside the picture.

'Our stay at Kanifushi was out of this world and I fell in love with our butler ALI,' she added, making it clear that her vacation was very much a high class adventure.

'I know I cry all the time on TV but I rarely get that emo in real life... maybe it was the massage,' she added. 'Anyway no time to dwell. On to our next adventure!'

The star also flaunted her fabulous figure in a plunging white swimsuit with speckled design and a lace up front split to the naval.

Louise has been swapping her swimwear over the course of the holiday, with her tanlines rather visible in another Instagram shot.

Her boyfriend Ryan seemed equally sad to leave the island paradise which has seen them celebrate the new year together.

In another snap showing them dressed in robes, he wrote: 'Celebrating our final night in the Maldives with bubbles and a bath.'

Louise has credited her fitness trainer beau with helping her get back into shape.

She told OK earlier this year: 'At the time I met Ryan I was at a transition in my life, and working out made me feel really good, so it was a no brainer.

'He has always been so complimentary about my body which is definitely encouraging. I’m rather muscular, so I’m lucky that he appreciates that look.'
