Be pretty in pink with Bethenny's IRO jacket

Just because it's wintertime doesn't mean we have to succumb to dark and drab colors.

Bethenny Frankel certainly won't! And she leads the way for us to follow suit as she stepped out in the arctic chill wearing cozy white joggers and a pale pink moto jacket to die for.

This luxe leather topper is by IRO and we love it for all the reasons we do our classic black moto-- the edgy double flank-side buckles, the epaulets and zippered pockets all within in playful contradiction to the feminine cotton-candy hue.

Calm before the storm: Bethenny and Hoppy already seemed to be drifting apart in this 2011 shot as they strolled through New York City with daughter Bryn

Frankel said she wanted to place to be put in her name only, but Hoppy convinced her to place it in a trust.

The major mistake the lawyers made, Frankel said in legal docs, was granting Hoppy half-interest in the property and legal rights to reside there without paying, unbeknownst to her, as she only learned of the ironclad arrangement after the pair had filed for divorce.

The mistake led to significantly more resources, in both time and money, devoted to hashing out the issue when the couple's divorce was in the legal system, she said. The two were together from 2010 until separating in 2012, with their divorce being finalized last year.

Hoppy lived in the property for years while Frankel footed the bill during their drawn-out divorce.

In step: Since Hoppy, Frankel has been linked to a number of high-end suitors, most prominently banking mogul Dennis Shields

Moving forward: While Frankel is undoubtedly thrilled to be done with her divorce, her legal battles linked to the messy split persevere on

In November, Frankel filed the suit against one-time lawyer Jamie Andrew Schreck, who she said demonstrated malpractice, fraud, notary misconduct and breach of fiduciary duties in overseeing a trust that was notarized by Hoppy's mother Carol, who was ineligible to work as a notary in the state of New York at the time.

She has now filed a formal complaint on the summons.

The Skinnygirl stunner, who's currently linked to New York banking tycoon Dennis Shields, has a six-year-old daughter with Hoppy named Bryn.

She and the businessman recently rang in 2017 with a lush Mexican vacation. Shields himself is in the legal process of getting divorced from estranged wife Jill Schwartzberg, who he wed in 1990. Schwartzberg and Frankel have longtime ties as friends going back to their time as high school classmates.

Along with her business empire, she also recently launched B Strong, a crisis initiative program dedicated to helping women get the financial, legal, or mental help they need to be independent and lead successful lives.

The program fits under the umbrella of Dress For Success, a charity organization that provides a network of support, professional attire, and the developmental tools to help women thrive in work and in life.

Empire state of mind: The reality star is among one of New York City's most famed socialites
