Police filed an interim apprehended violence order against the owner of supermaxi Perpetual Loyal to protect his wife, former Getaway presenter Kelly Landry. The pair are pictured together (left) on a red carpet and centre, after winning the Boxing Day race last month. Under the terms of the provisional AVO, Mr Bell is banned from stalking or threatening Ms Landry. He cannot be in Ms Landry's company within 12 hours of drinking alcohol or taking illicit drugs. Bell has hosted several of his celebrity friends on his yacht, including Karl Stefanovic and former Australian cricket captain Michael Clarke (bottom right).

Not even sharks are safe from shark attacks.  Footage posted by a sport fishing company in Exmouth, WA shows a large hammerhead shark chomping on a whaler shark.  The hammerhead is seen repeatedly striking the whaler, which has swallowed the fisherman's bait, and the bigger fish eventually eats half of the smaller one. 'Mother nature takes no prisoners,' said Wes Jones of Peak Sportfishing.
