Sneak peek at the lavish Italian three-course meal being served to the stars at the 74th Golden Globe Awards

A sneak peek at the lavish Golden Globes menu has been revealed.

The Beverly Hilton Executive Chef Alberico Nunziata has prepared an extravagant three-course extravaganza for nearly 1,300 guests.

The menu - unveiled at the hotel's annual preview event - was inspired by Nunziata's roots as it offers an Italian-infused touch.

According to Us Weekly, it took 11 chefs, 120 culinary staff, 50 bartenders, 160 stewards and 250 servers to prepare for a unique dining experience.

The first course is a golden beets salad tossed with fresh arugula, watermelon radish, grapefruit, roasted pistachios, sprinkled goat cheese and a ceviche lime dressing.

After a healthy dose of fruit and vegetables, the main entreé - Surf n' Turf -combines a delicious duo of Chilean sea bass and filet mignon.

Fresh: The first course is a toss of fresh arugula, watermelon radish, golden beets, goat cheese and a ceviche lime dressing

Bon Appétit: The main course is a delicious duo of Chilean sea bass and filet mignon

Yum: The sea bass and filet mignon is served with 24-month age Parmigiano risotto, mushrooms and broccolini flowers

Sun-dried tomato pesto, celery puree and lemon oil add flavor to the sea bass while the filet mignon is served with 24-month age Parmigiano risotto added with wild mushrooms and broccolini flowers, seasoned with light garlic.

And to satisfy those sweet cravings, Executive Pastry Chef Thomas Henzi has concocted a delectable dessert trio.

One option is a traditional Neapolitan, three-layer almond cake with orange mascarpone cream; another is an amaretto vanilla cream-filled profiterole topped with crunchy sugared almonds and chocolate sauce; and the last irresistible option being a chocolate gianduja crunch bar.

And to top it all off, the official champagne of the awards show - Moët & Chandon - will be poured throughout the night.

Along with 125 cases, over 500 special champagne cocktails will be served as courtesy of creator, Olivia Culpo.

The Moët Diamond is made with Moët, orange liqueur, cherry bitters and a stick of rocky candy for some sweetness.
