'A peck on the lips to say hello is not a pash': Rob Mills, 34, denies romance with Real Housewives of Melbourne's Pettifleur Berenger, 52

Rob Mills has denied a romance with Real Housewives Of Melbourne star Pettifleur Berenger after he was reportedly spotted flirting up a storm with the 52-year-old.  

A guest had told New Idea magazine the pair were 'very intimate all night' and 'sent tongues wagging' with their unexpected show of affection. 

But the 34-year-old insists that everything was purely platonic between the pair, telling The Daily Telegraph that while Pettifleur is 'beautiful', they are merely just acquaitances.

'A peck on the lips to say hello is not a pash,' he told Sydney Confidential. 

'She’s a very beautiful woman but absolutely not, there was no romance with Pettifleur.'

The report had seemed unlikely considering Pettifleur has been in a relationship with businessman Frank Palazzo for nearly a decade.

On the night, the reality TV star shared a snap of herself and Rob as they mingled with other guests at St. Kilda's exclusive venue, The Deck at Circa.

'Hanging with the fabulous Rob Mills,' Pettifleur wrote alongside the snap she shared with her 30,200 Instagram followers.

The former Australian Idol star later commented: 'Thanks for a fun night guys. Xo.'

Daily Mail Australia reached out to Rob and Pettifleur for comment.

Meanwhile, Rob was last seen flirting with Bachelor babe Zilda Williams in December during a photo session for suicide prevention charities R U OK? and Lifeline.

The pair looked quite cosy as they shared photos from the Bondi set of the shoot.

'It's just another regular day at the office, isn't that right, Zilda?' said a shirtless 'Millsy' in a Snapchat video.

Rob has also been linked to Beauty and the Geek winner Emma Cam, but his most notable previous love interest was hotel heiress Paris Hilton, 35.

The pair enjoyed a brief fling back in 2003, after first meeting at a party at Sydney Opera House.

They later headed back to The Bachelor presenter Osher Gunsberg's house for an after party.
