If you've ever wondered how Zac Efron and Dwayne Johnson get ripped, the latest Baywatch trailer might have your answer.

The freshly released trailer has sand, slow-motion and more than enough beach bodies in its 90-seconds.

But the clip's most memorable moment comes when the muscular stars schlep refrigerators through the sand during a grueling beach challenge.

To the rescue! The trailer has almost as many laughs as the amount of beachy extras pictured in this scene with Zac Efron

'This has nothing to do with saving people. These are refrigerators!' exclaims a shirtless and sweaty Efron.

'This is Baywatch, you p****' The Rock barks back, setting the tone for the rest of the bawdy action comedy.

The NSFW trailer preview starts with some serious lifesaving, showing off a sequence of explosions and on-the-beach rescues.

The Rock's Mitch Buchanan explains: 'There's more than to this job than just swimming,' before music begins to bump and the busy beach-savers strut into a Miami club.

Pryanka Chopra appears as Victoria Leeds, the sultry club owner who seems to be the root of all of Baywatch's problems.

A quick cut of fights, jet-ski races and slapstick gags promise Baywatch will be a hilarious and action-packed film.

Kaboom! The trailer promises an explosively entertaining watch, setting many boats ablaze in the clip

The trailer even pokes fun at it's silver-screen predecessor, with Efron's character explaining: 'Everything you guys are talking about sounds like a really entertaining but far-fetched TV show.'

In one more TV throwback, Kelly Rohrbach takes Pam Anderson's spot as lifeguard CJ Parker, sporting that same red suit and running in slow-mo.

Only time can tell if the summer adventure will do justice to the hit 90's show. Baywatch swims into theaters May 26 2017.
