She's the stunning face of upscale department store chain David Jones.

And brand ambassador Jessica Gomes showed just why she was chosen for the job on Thursday, as she expertly posed for their latest model casting in Sydney.

The 32-year-old was in attendance for model casting for David Jones Autumn/Winter 2017 Collections Launch at their flagship Elizabeth Street store.

The statuesque model sat on a window sill for one set of photos where she flaunted her long legs.

She held her hands on her hips as she looked directly into the camera.

The Perth-raised stunner then tried a more relaxed pose, dropping one shoulder as she moved her hands down from her waist and sat at a different angle.

She showed off her slim frame in tiny black shorts matched with a demure long-sleeved black and white blouse.

The gold baubles used for the shirt's round buttons paired with the black spheres featured on her stilettos.

The Los Angeles-based model recently told The Daily Telegraph she wants to look her best for David Jones' fashion event next month showcasing their new collections.

'Leading up to the show I definitely turn up the discipline,' she revealed. 'I am really careful with what I eat.'

She acknowledged her healthy lifestyle as a 'gym fanatic' has worked wonders.

'I am really looking after myself so I feel my best,' she said.
