And Kourtney Kardashian hit the gym for a couple of mammoth sessions this week, amid rumours she is expecting her fourth child with on-off boyfriend Scott Disick.

Radar Online is claiming the 37-year-old Keeping Up With The Kardashians star is in her first trimester after giving her relationship with Scott another go.

The duo are yet to confirm they are back together but have recently enjoyed trips to Nantucket, Miami, and Aspen together.

'They are working it out for the sake of the child and neither one of them is seeing anyone else right now' a source told Radar.

A spokesperson for Kourtney did not immediately respond to Dailymail.com's request for comment.

Kourtney and Scott broke up in July 2015 when he was accused of cheating on her with one of his exes in Europe.

They have since remained close and committed to co-parenting their three children together.
