Gwen Stefani relisted her hilltop house in Studio City with ex-husband Gavin Rossdale for $35M on Tuesday.
According to Trulia, the nineties rocker couple - whose divorce was finalised April 8 - originally purchased their marital home for $13.2M back in 2006.
The 47-year-old Californian and the 51-year-old Englishman spent at least eight of those years enjoying breathtaking views of the San Fernando Valley from the 12K-square-foot main residence.

The sprawling estate boasts seven bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, guesthouse, infinity pool, tennis court, playground, and even a chicken coop.
Gwen listed, then promptly removed the mansion off the market last fall, which might have been due to renovations.
The gated and guarded property - nicknamed 'The Summit' - previously housed pop diva Jennifer Lopez from 2000 to 2004.
The real estate deal is one of the only things still linking Stefani and Rossdale, who share custody of their three sons - Kingston, 10; Zuma, 8; and Apollo (turning 3 next month).

In November, Stefani's bandmates Tony Kanal, Tom Dumont, and Adrian Young announced they'd kick off their new act, Dreamcar, later this year.
The two-time Grammy winners never seemed to recover after being forced to pull their 'Cowboys and Indians'-themed Looking Hot music video in 2012 for offending the much beleaguered Native-American community.
