She just gave birth to her second son Forest before jetting back to Los Angeles to attend the Golden Globes Awards for her film Hackshaw Ridge.

So it's hardly surprising Australian actress Teresa Palmer is run down.

The 30-year-old, who welcomed Forest into the world just four weeks ago, has revealed in a video posted on her blog, Your Zen Mama, that she has become unwell after a 'challenging' week juggling her career with motherhood.

The Choice star said she was utterly exhausted from her busy week.

'I'm really run down and tired,' the blonde explained in the lengthy clip.

She told how she and Mark flew their two children from Australia back to the US after having two hours sleep from a wedding, and missed their flight because of a Visa issue.

She explained than an airport worker had typed in her old Visa that made them miss their flight, and forced to scramble to get Forest an ESTA visa online, resulting in the actress to nearly miss the Golden Globes.

Milestone! Her youngest son Forest is now four weeks old, and her family are now back in Los Angeles after flight delays

Doting: Teresa gushed about her tiny tot and added how he met brother Isaac for the first time this week (L)

Of course she eventually made it on time, and after a day of rest checked into a hotel with her family the night before the glitzy event.

She said she's now been trying to unpack and has been back on mum duty, including taking Bodhi to preschool and heading to a class for mothers.

'Wahhh non stop, hopefully this week I can rejuvenate, get some energy back and then have a lot more downtime. But man the juggle is real! Three kids right now is no joke but I love it all craziness of it!' she explained in her blog.

Struggles: She explained she and husband Mark Webber (seen at a Golden Globes after party) flew their two children from Australia back to the US, after having two hours sleep from a wedding, and missed their flight because of a Visa issue

Indeed, she and Mark hired a hotel room above the venue where the Golden GLobes were held so as she could breastfeed Forest every few hours.

Taking to Instagram at the time: Teresa shared a selfie, writing in part of her post that it was 'mum life.'

'It was the first time we brought Forest home to LA,' Teresa wrote of moving back to her base of LA after been based in Australia to give birth.

In her blog, Teresa also described how much baby Forest has changed since he was born.

'Forest is also so much more aware and awake now and has gotten really big, his face has filled out so beautifully and he just looks a lot older now!,' she said.

Teresa, who is also stepmother to husband Mark Webber's eight-year-old son, Issac, from another relationship, added that Forest met his big brother the first time now the family were back in Los Angeles.

She described the moment as 'really special.
