Super slender Ruby Rose reveals her TINY waistline and abs in colourful cut-out gown at xXx: Return of Xander Cage London premiere after falling ill with a virus

Earlier this week she revealed she had been very ill with a virus after a busy few weeks.

But after a dosing herself up with vitamin injections and healthy juices, Ruby Rose has recovered for an appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, and now a trip to London for the xXx: Return of Xander Cage premiere.

The Orange Is The New Black star revealed her TINY waistline and abs in a cut-out colourful gown at the event.

The stunning lurex and silk gown featured two cut-out panels at the side, revealing the Australian star's very trim midriff and her rib tattoos. 

Ruby let her statement dress do the talking by wearing minimal accessories.  

The brunette beauty merely boosted her height with a pair of very high black strappy stilettos and wore a couple of delicate gold rings on her fingers.  

Cut it out: The 30-year-old's ensemble featured cut-out detailing at the sides, which exposed her tiny waistline 

Her flawless skin glowed in perfectly applied makeup, which included a smoky eye and nude lip. 

On Tuesday Ruby revealed she had been bedridden with illness after disappearing from Instagram for days.

The former MTV host - who typically updates fans several times a day - revealed her intense quick-fix health routine so she could make an all-important appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show.

In the image, the dark-haired beauty lined up scores of vitamin syringes, smoothies and juices.

Her adorable puppies playfully looked on from a couch in the background.

'When you have been bed ridden with the worst virus since Mexico but today you have to do @theellenshow and fly to London for the @xxxmovie premiere and you need ALLLLL THE HEALTH. LETS GO!!!!' she wrote in the caption.

The Orange Is The New Black star also took the chance to mention that her post wasn't a paid advertisement for the health company's products. 

'They take all my money it's why I have to work so much.' Ruby joked.

Fans were quick to offer their support in the comments.

Another cautioned: 'Awww ruby don't get too much tired take care your health and be safe (sic).' 

Later, the Australian personality posted a video of her dogs excitement after getting to shower with her The Veronicas star girlfriend Jess Origliasso.

In the hilarious clip her cute puppies Ru and Chance appeared to react with glee after getting some bathroom time with the singer.

'After @jessicaveronica had a shower with the dogs... ru looks like she learnt some dance moves. chance just looking really excited she got to shower with Jess.' Ruby wrote.

Other leading ladies: Nina Dobrev and Deepika Padukone also walked the red carpet at the event
