And Ashley Hart is enjoying spending time with family during her current trip back home in rural Victoria.

The 28-year-old appeared in very high spirits as she posed for an Instagram snap with her grandfather, adding the caption: 'My definition of Heaven #Breakfastinbed with #Grandpa (sic).'

Appearing fresh-faced with wet hair, the sister of Jessica Hart was dressed in a casual black T-shirt as she cosied up to her grandfather.

Ashley, who is also a certified yoga instructor, seemed to be holding onto a jar of healthy green juice in the photo.

Her grandfather meanwhile, happily posed for the photo with his genetically-blessed granddaughter, while holding a bowl of cereal in his lap.

Road trip! The 28-year-old shared an Instagram story ahead of the visit, telling fans she was 'off to see Grandpa'

The photo was tagged as being taken in Linton, a town just over two hours west of Melbourne.

Prior to the visit, Ashley documented her road trip to the rural town to see her granddad.

Sporting 1970s-style aviator glasses, she shared via her Instagram story a selfie along with the caption: 'Off to see Grandpa.'

It comes just days after Ashley celebrated her friends' nuptials in Melbourne, with the Swisse ambassador taking to Instagram to share the fun-filled snaps.

Back home: The US-based beauty has been back home in Australia and recently celebrated her friends' wedding in Melbourne on Sunday

'We twirled,we laughed, we had fun in the hot summer sun.. above all we celebrated the coming together of Divine love (sic),' she wrote alongside a photo of herself dancing with another friend on Sunday.

In December, the model shared a Snapchat post posing completely nude, while sunbathing by the pool in her back garden.

In the selfie-style image, which was shared as an Instagram story, the blonde beauty is seen lying on her stomach with her bare derierre in full view.

'Backyard Bliss!' she wrote in the text accompanying her eye-popping image.
