He claimed he was not being allowed back into the Celebrity Big Brother house after being rushed to hospital with a tooth abscess on Tuesday.

And Ray J looked downcast as he left a specialist dental clinic in London on Wednesday after he threatened to sue producers for not letting him return.

The One Wish hitmaker, 35, kept a low-profile as he dashed out of the clinic, bundling up and covering his mouth.

With just his eyes visible, the singer pulled his jumper up to conceal his mouth as he left the clinic with a suitcase and his security team.

Ray J was rushed to hospital with a serious toothache on Tuesday and is 'enraged' with producers for letting him suffer for three and a half days without medical care, according to TMZ.

In a FaceTime video, the 35-year-old said he blacked out on the way to the hospital but now feels ready to return to the house - and has threatened to sue the show amid claims he isn't being allowed back.

Ray J - who shot to fame after starring in a sex tape with Kim Kardashian - has now left the hospital and is heading to a hotel after reportedly being denied entry back to the house.

Suggesting that he could return however, he Tweeted: 'I was having so much fun! - still waiting to go back in - fingers crossed! #cbb2017'.

His departure was confirmed after being announced at the end of Tuesday night's episode. MailOnline has contacted Channel 5 for comment.

Ray - who had been up for eviction this week - is said to have been suffering with the pain for three days and had complained to his housemates so much that they refused to continue filming until he was given medical help.

He said on a FaceTime call with TMZ: 'I have a bad tooth problem and I've been doing this show Big Brother in London and I've been complaining about my tooth for about three and a half days now.'

'It got to the point where some of the housemates felt like I was being ignored, we took petitions to say "We're not doing any more tasks until Ray J's tooth gets fixed".

Ray J was in fact nominated by several housemates, including Coleen Nolan and Nicola McLean.

Explaining her reasoning, Coleen said: 'He’s said a few times about "not being interested in speaking to everyone and hearing about their lives” but that’s all we’ve got in the house!'

Nicola added: 'He’s slept too much and it says in the Big Brother rules you shouldn’t sleep in the day. he doesn’t play by the rules'.

Detailing his tooth complaints on Facetime, the singer said: 'I've got a cracked tooth where I need a filling fixed, I got a gum coming over my over tooth and I'm in a lot of pain - so three and a half days in the house with all of this pain, they decided to take me out.'

'The wind hit my tooth and I blacked out, I ended up in the hospital. 45 minutes later they gave me some nutrition and I eat some McDonald's and I'm cool, like I'm literally fine and I'm ready to go back in the house.'

Ray J continued: 'They won't let me back in and I'm really hurt by it because I felt like I was doing well, I felt like I was connecting with the British fanbase, and it just sucks because I was having such a good time.'

When asked by TMZ hosts if he would sue producers if he wasn't allowed to return to the house and denied his $1million paycheck, the singer remained unsure.

He said: 'I'd never like to do that because I'm a producer as well and I like to be on the same page with everybody but this is just not fair and if I have to take those precautions, I will.

'I don't even care about my tooth - put me back in the house and let me work, this isn't right.'

He added that he was going to see a dentist and 'pull up to the house to try to get back in'.

Ray received treatment for an abscessed tooth, a cracked filling and a severe gum problem.

A dentist reportedly gave Ray four painkillers to take straight away and another four to have the next morning but the pain was still unbearable and producers agreed he could attend hospital.

It is not known if Ray J will receive his rumoured $1 million fee after he exited the show.

On Tuesday night's episode, the TV personality stole the spotlight when he argued with Calum Best's mum Angie.

The spat kicked off when she snapped at Ray J after he begged for more cigarettes.

'You always try and push your f***ing luck. You push and push, you’re such a f***ing slime, you always get your own way!' she snapped.

After Ray J told her that he worked hard for everything, Ray J snapped back: 'Stop whining, be a man and grow up!'

During his time in the house, Ray J has been criticised by fellow housemates Stacy Francis, who accused the singer of 'throwing her under the bus' after it was claimed she argued with Whitney Houston before her death.

She said: 'Ray J threw me under the bus. When people in America tried to make me out to be something I wasn't, he never stood up for me. I want to know why he never said anything.

'When Whitney Houston's sister Pat went on the Oprah show and said I was stalking Whitney Houston in the club, I was not, we were all standing there talking and having a good time, he knows that, he knows the events of the whole night.

Ray J is the second person to be rushed to hospital in the CBB house in just one week.

Jedward were forced to split up on their first night in the Celebrity Big Brother house after Edward Grimes was rushed to hospital after falling off the stage during his entrance.

Whilst the Irish twins, 25, were well enough to perform on the night, Edward was later called to the Diary Room where a medic recommended he be taken to hospital so his back could be examined.
