She spent the holiday season flaunting her sensational bikini body on a hot beach in Miami.

But it was a very different story for Kelly Bensimon on Thursday when she hit the pathways of Hyde Park for a January jog.

Proving once again that it's truly fabulous to be in your forties - and nearly her fifites - the former reality star showed off her fit figure in a tight running ensemble.

Grinning from ear-to-ear, Kelly, 48, opted for a stylish black thermal top over a figure-hugging charcoal vest.

She kept things monochrome with a pair of grey skinny leggings, injecting a splash of colour to the top and toe of the ensemble with a pair of orange trainers and a blue baseball cap.

She wore her sleep brunette locks loose, letting them fall behind her in the January chill.

The would-be athlete gripped hold of her phone in one hand, and used the other to secure her hat to the top of her head as she ran through the park.

Kelly was still sporting an impressive tan from her New Year's getaway last month.

The mother-of-two was joined by pals in Miami over the festive season, and was snapped on a beach in Florida enjoying a splash about in the ocean.

Kelly was on vacation with designer Melissa Odabash, mixing with a well-connected set.

Also spotted with the former Real Housewives of New York star was her daughter Sea, 18.

The Illinois native also has daughter Thaddeus Ann, 16, from her former marriage to fashion photographer Gilles Bensimon.

Since her departure from RHONY she has been focusing on her HSN jewellery line Kelly Killoren by Kelly Killoren Bensimon.

She also had her novel A Dangerous Age published in June 2016 by Simon & Schuster.
