Vanessa Hudgens is embracing both sides of the weather.

The 28-year-old actress braved the rain in Studio City, California to grab a cup of coffee on Thursday.

As it poured down, the star made sure she was suitably dressed.

Vanessa donned a black raincoat with dark jeans and wellies. She had her phone and wallet out on her stroll.

She kept her hood over her head to prevent herself from getting wet, which seemed to work out nicely.

As her dark hair flowed down, the singer kept a low profile on herself as she managed to snag her warm beverage.

Warmer days: The starlet posted a video on Instagram that shows her feeling the sun in Cabo

After she spent the morning outside, she took to her Instagram page to reminisce about warmer climes.

She posted a brief video from her trip to Cabo that showed her in a tan swimsuit with sunglasses and a hat.

As the sun shines down on her, Vanessa has a drink in her hand and she moves from side to side.

She captioned the post: 'Loving the rain but also missing Cabo...'

Vanessa went to Cabo earlier this year with her sister Stella.

On their trip, the two ladies took time to get some tan, have drinks and celebrate the new year.

In several Instagram photos, the Beastly star clearly had a blast on the trip.

Vanessa got her big break in High School Musical where she played Gabriella. This led to a number of other credits, including Spring Breakers, Sucker Punch and Grease Live!

She is also set to star on the TV series Powerless where she will play Emily Locke.

The show premieres on Thursday, February 2 on NBC.
