And Rosie Fortescue decided to reward her hard work on the reality show by stripping down to a skimpy bikini for some pamper time on Tuesday.

The 27-year-old beauty sizzled as she flaunted her impossibly flat stomach in a minuscule caged bikini top as she captioned the snap: 'Time for a steam and sauna with the girls.'

Rosie also revealed in the saucy snap she had received 'the dreamiest massage' at the lavish Bulgari Hotel in Knightbridge.

The tiny top supported her perky assets in place before going on to bare her gym-honed figure.

The skimpy bikini bottoms, which featured racy cut-out detailing on the sides, rested high on her hips - flaunting her long, lean legs as she snapped the mirror selfie.

She tilted her porcelain features to one side, highlighting her chiselled cheekbones, while her teased locks cascaded down one side.

While Rosie always ensures to look her best, she's under some stiff competition when it comes to stealing the spotlight from her twin sister Lily.

The MIC regular and Lily might not be identical, but they share a love of fashion and a glamorous party lifestyle.

Rosie previously told Her.ie: 'We’ve always gotten on really well.

'I think, as twins, everyone thinks that you’re super, super close, but I think it’s a good thing that we’re not too joined, we have our own things going on. We’re independent, but we love living together.

Despite moving in the same circles as Rosie, Lily has never been tempted to join the Chelsea set and would never take part in a reality show.

She said: 'I’m the kind of person who wouldn’t want to be filmed, wouldn’t put my life on camera, and I couldn’t make sure I was muzzled all the time!'

Meanwhile, the jewellery designer recently revealed her beauty secrets to FEMAIL stating: 'I use extra lashes on photo shoots - but just invest in a good mascara for everyday.

'I used Crest whitening strips when I was in New York which actually worked incredibly well.'

Rosie also revealed she's all for plastic surgery - as long as it's done in moderation, adding: 'I am scared of needles so I can't imagine if I would every get anything done.'
