Jessa Duggar donates baby shower gifts to pro-life group and guests prepare care packages with bible verses for other pregnant women

Jessa Duggar Seewald celebrated the impending birth of her second child with a baby shower on Wednesday.

She was joined by 130 friends and loved ones, UsWeekly reported, and the 24-year-old Counting On star decided to donate all her baby shower gifts to Arkansas-based Loving Choices Pregnancy Center.

She and her guests also spent time putting together care packages for other pregnant women that included pens and biblical pamphlets.

Jessa, who shares one-year-old son Spurgeon with husband Ben Seewald, 21, announced she was pregnant again last August.

'We are so thankful that God is adding to our family,' the couple said.

The Duggar family, who found fame thanks to TLC's 19 Kids And Counting reality show, wait to have sex until marriage and eschew all contraception after marriage.

Pregnant again: Jessa, who shares son Spurgeon, one, with husband of two years Ben Seewald, 21, donated baby shower gifts to pro-life group Loving Choices Pregnancy Center

Loving Choices, according to its website, offers free pregnancy tests and free ultrasound scans.

'Having an ultrasound can be helpful if you are thinking about abortion,' the pro-life organization states.

'If you are pregnant and considering abortion, you may not need one. Up to 25% of all pregnancies end in natural miscarriage. An ultrasound will help determine if your pregnancy is viable or at risk for a natural miscarriage, making an abortion unnecessary,' it adds.

Jessa's older sister Jill Duggar Dillard is also pregnant with baby number two and her husband Derick Dillard stirred up controversy in a tweet he sent out last month to express his joy at becoming a father again.

Jessa's older sister Jill is also adding to her family, confirming she's expecting her second child with hubby Derick Dillard. The couple are pictured following birth of son Israel in April 2015

Strong views: Announcing their pregnancy news, Derick tweeted out this diagram of a pregnant woman and a bible verse calling abortion murder and a sin

The tweet included an image that showed the outline of a pregnant woman's body.

An arrow pointing to the fetus drawn on the body read, 'Someone else's body. And underneath the woman it said 'NOT your body.'

'You shall not murder,' it said up top, attributing the quote to Exodus 20:13. 'Abortion = murder = sin'

Jill, 25, and Derick, 27, already have a son Israel born in April 2015, ten months after their June 2014 marriage.

The sisters' mother Michelle Duggar never went more than two years without giving birth between 1988 when son Josh was born and 2009 when she delivered daughter Josie.

Up to God: The Duggars, who found fame thanks to TLC's 19 Kids And Counting reality series, believe in abstaining from sex until marriage and not using contraception after marriage
