TMI texts! Miley Cyrus sends Flaming Lips frontman Wayne Coyne pictures of herself peeing 

Miley Cyrus is still intimately close with Her Dead Petz collaborator Wayne Coyne, whom she only met over Twitter three years ago.

'We text each other every day,' the psychedelic rocker - who turns 56 on Friday - told The Guardian on Thursday.

'I'll say, "What are you doing?" and she'll send me pictures of herself peeing. Sometimes it's a thousand times a day. Sometimes it's a couple of times a day, but we're always in each other's lives.'

The Flaming Lips frontman just enlisted Miley - born Destiny - for his new single We Are Family off the three-time Grammy-winning band's 14th studio album Oczy Mlody, which hits shelves Friday.

And while they don't hang out as often as they used to, Coyne is finding a way to help record Cyrus' sixth studio album.

'I'm thinking of a way we can make a record': And while they don't hang out as often as they used to, Coyne is finding a way to help record Cyrus' sixth studio album (pictured in 2014) 

'She's going to keep being a judge on [the 12th season of] The Voice, but I know she wants to make music at the same time,' the Oklahoma City native revealed.

'I'm thinking of a way we can make a record without her having to sit there for months and months. I think she likes it when it's like: "You guys do some of the work, and then I get to come in and do something really cool."'
