She's continued to successfully maintain her impressive weight loss over the past year and it seems that Charlotte Crosby is keen to showcase the fruits of her labour.

The 26-year-old star, who found fame on Geordie Shore and has since gone on to release a fitness DVD and fashion ranges, has expanded her burgeoning business with the release of her debut activewear line.

The range for In The Style comprises 18 pieces of fitness kit, including sports bras, leggings and cropped hoodies.

Speaking about the inspiration behind her new collection, which launches on January 12 in sizes 6-14 and is priced between £9.99 to £24.99, Charlotte told FEMAIL: 'I've been doing my DVD and fitness regime for the past three years so it made sense to look into doing an activewear range.

'I've worn lots of things in the gym that I've not been comfortable in so I wanted to design pieces that would be supportive and actually wearable for the gym.'

Charlotte, who models the whole range herself, of course, wanted to make it stylish enough that you could wear it out and about.

Charlotte is a walking advert for the healthy new lifestyle she preaches, citing 'eat less, move more and allow yourself one cheat day a week' as her New Year's health tips.

Charlotte shared a day in her diet with FEMAIL and revealed she starts the day with porridge or yoghurt with berries or scrambled egg with gluten free toast

Despite overindulging over Christmas, Charlotte is jumping back on the healthy bandwagon this month with a strict diet based on her own book.

Sharing a day in her diet, she explained: 'For breakfast I have porridge or yoghurt with berries or scrambled egg with gluten free toast.

'At lunch I tend to go for a chicken salad or soup. For dinner I keep it varied with protein based meals with sweet potato and salad; I love my healthy curries too.'

As for her exercise regime, she follows her own DVDs and takes her dogs on long walks every day.

Charlotte's new range combines two of her favourite things: fitness and fashion, with T-shirts emblazoned with slogans like 'gym and tonic'

Looking back at the rollercoaster year which 2016 was, Charlotte told Heat magazine: 'It was definitely the most traumatic year of my life so far.'

Explaining further, she admitted: 'It’s been a learning curve, but so much has happened that it’s made me stronger.

'I’ve learnt that I can cope with so much more than I ever thought I could. It’s made me realise I should never have to put up with c**p, and it’s made me know my own worth.'
